First time coming here. The vibes and decor is cozy and inviting. The hot white chocolate mocha I had, not so much. I paid $7.61 for a 24oz (without $1 tip). The cup was not a 24 oz by the looks of it. It was watered down and not enough mocha flavor. He had to add more powder. It was still not the same. I just walked out with it..Maybe hot coffees is not their main thing. I did like the fact that I had a choice of which roast I could pick.

Such a cute spot, and now I wish I lived closer! There’s a small play structure for kids in the corner, a mix of regular tables and comfy couch seating, and really fun decor. The chai I ordered was honestly one of the best I’ve had. My kiddo is actually who convinced me to stop here, and I’d love to see a few more kid-friendly drink options on the menu (even something simple like lemonade or an Italian soda), since there weren’t many non-coffee choices. The wait was very long for one drink, so maybe we came on a busy day, but overall it’s a really sweet place and one I’ve already recommended to friends!

All their signature coffees are DELICIOUS. I’ve tried their apple cinnamon and marshmallow latte. Both are literally 10/10 the best coffee I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is great, I love having the bean bag there, I wish they also had one in the kennewick location. They also have board games/card games so its more like a 3rd space to hang out in which I really appreciate!! The food is a little pricer than I would usually buy for the portion but If im in a study sessions, its a yummy snack for the convenience!

I’ve been here a handful of times since they opened and have had some decent drinks, but if you don’t order light ice, the cup is almost entirely ice and it’s super hard to stir and enjoy the drink until the ice has melted. Cozy spot for reading and studying. I’ll probably come back again to try their future sandwich menu, but I will have to remember to order light ice if I get a drink.

Hidden Gem! I went to the koala cafe at the uptown in Richland. The vibe was so cool from the decor to items for sale. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable and cared about making the perfect drink. 🙂 I ordered the Carmel pumpkin latte and it was one of the best coffees I have ever had. I tried the blueberry matcha as well and it was so good! They use a process where they extract the espresso shot over a ball of ice to cut down on bitterness making the perfect shot. I would highly recommend this place!

Very cozy place, great drinks! I usually dont like Matcha (Starbucks) since it usually tastes like grass. I gave this place a shot, they recommended the banana cream Matcha, I believe is what it was called. WOW! Loved it, it was rich, sweet and flavorful! My sister & I loved it so much we went 3 days in a row my kiddo enjoyed the little play corner they had & adored the Koala theme.

There drinks are yummy. The service is great! I went there with my nieces who are 4 and 6 and my sister, we all enjoyed ourselves very much! They have cute decor, good music, and fun things to do. I recommend this for a good drink hangout spot.

The koala cafe is good, the “brick box” is not. Our matchas were very tasty. The brick box has a variety of ai generated stuff, and things ordered from Ali-Express type places. There is “real” art in here too but it’s disappointing they’ll let anyone display stuff here, even non-artists.
Edit: The Brick Box and the Koala Cafe seem to have finally split. Koala cafe is good The Brick Box is still in business, and unfortunately still seems to be allowing ai art vendors according to another reviewer. But anyway, yes koala cafe does good matcha. If you like matcha, especially flavored, (like strawberry, lavender, etc) this is a good place to go.

First time visiting. I’m usually pretty boring with my coffee order. This was the first time I worked up the courage to try something new and ask to personalize my order.
They were really great about it and helped make a custom order that came out great. ❤️ Had a cookie as well, and it was delicious.
Met my husband here in his lunch break and it was just lovely. It was quite busy at noon, but the place still felt cozy and was not too loud at all.
All in all I had a great experience and look forward to going back.
