Strip mall, tiny pancake house. You order your own food at the front and then they bring it to you. Took about 20 minutes until the food was brought out. Very crowded, very small space with others standing around right next to you waiting for their order because there is nowhere else to stand. Definitely not what I expected by the reviews. We are a family of 5 just looking for a good breakfast spot and this place put us all on edge with frustration. Will never return unless it is for takeout. This was the opposite of a relaxing breakfast atmosphere. Great takeout option though.

Amazing staff, presentation, cleanliness, and oh ya the food was beyond awesome. The strawberry cheesecake pancake was let’s say something to talk about. I wanted to jump into it.

Nice, friendly service and super clean interior. I had the veggie breakfast burrito which is good if you are looking for something tasty but light. Kids really enjoyed their pancakes and French toast. Would definitely go back again.

A solid joint, I couldn’t swap the home fries for corned beef hash, so I had to add it on, but it just sucks I had to waste the home fries. But overall, it was pretty good.

At the Waipahu Koa Pancake House location. The service was great, the atmosphere was great. But My husband had ordered the Denver Omelet and it was oily. For myself I had order the full stack of pancakes which were Great, But I also ordered the Traditional eggs Benedict which for me the egg yolk was hard ( it’s suppose to be yokey). The lettuce and tomato had brown on it and that Potatos were under cooked! As the have great service and a great atmosphere, THERE FOOD IS NOT SO GREAT. I have been going to the Koa Pancake House in Kaneohe for years, and I thought I would try this one, (because we live in ewa beach now) and it would be the same, But it us not! If you love the Denver Omlet, or The Eggs Benedict, in My opinion I would recommend that you don’t get it from this locTion!

Ordered to go – got a BLT with Mac salad and a small stack of strawberry cheesecake pancakes. I know BLTs are on the simpler side, but it was really good! Plainer mac salad, but it was good. The pancakes were amazing! They came with ample cheesecake topping and strawberries and it was easy to assemble. Pancakes on their own were delicious too. Will definitely be back!
