I absolutely love this place! Every time I come here, it feels like something is always happening. The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and full of great energy. One of my favorite things is being able to watch them cook the pizzas and prepare the food in the back area—it’s such a cool experience and really shows how much care goes into everything they make.
You can genuinely tell that everyone who works here has a real passion for their job, and it feels like that passion starts with the owner and carries through the entire team. The staff clearly takes pride in what they do, and it makes the whole experience even better.
The beer selection is excellent, and the pizzas are even better—fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality. While it’s a bit of an out-of-the-way stop, it’s always worth it. I make it a point to come here as often as I can whenever I’m passing through. This is the kind of place that keeps you coming back again and again.

What a wonderful place to explore on a Tuesday adventure. Food (wood fired pizza) was very tasty and a wonderful addition to the great beers served here. I had the Working Man Brown and the Marzen. Both were top quality and true to style. The space is open and inviting with views of the brewing equipment and a nice outdoor beer garden along one side.

Love this place from the great atmosphere to the fantastic staff. The soup and bread sticks were delicious. The beer was very good. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Can’t wait to try their pizza .

Cute spot in town ! Had a nice evening there with a group of friends. Enjoyed the Tai pizza and a few drinks.
The outside seating area is very nice.

All around great food, great beer, great atmosphere…also has wine and something else for non-beer drinkers but I got distracted by the smell of delicious homemade dough and the large food menu. Their hazy IPA is my new identity. Outside area looks fantastic for warmer weather. Skylar is fantastic!

Always heard great things about the location and food… We were first timers today and everything was great! It was helpful it was slower when we arrived to ask questions on how service and ordering worked….if it were busy, I think the approach would be a downfall to newcomers. There is signage, but not the clearest on where and how to order as just entering the building. Other than that…spectacular food and friendly service. Even with kids in tow- the outdoor area was cute for games to keep them busy! (7 & 8YO) will definitely be back!

This is a very large space that has a modern brewery warehouse atmosphere. It is very clean, the food is good, the staff were super nice and we liked everything about it. The bread for the sandwiches is baked on site and served on convenient tins. The price was very reasonable and they check on you to make sure you are satisfied. Outdoor patio area is nice also.

We had the privilege of having the Knuth Brewing event space upstairs this last weekend for our niece’s wedding. THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE! Not only is the space bright, open, and modern with a nod to its historic roots, the offerings of the space are above and beyond any other venue we’ve experienced. We had the space on Friday for rehearsal dinner, all day Saturday for the event, and even had access to the space Sunday! We used Sunday for clean up but is a wonderful space for brunch or gift opening, if necessary. The staff was equally incredible as every one of them were friendly, helpful, hard working, patient, and understanding. AND THE FOOD! I didn’t know beef tips could taste like that! If you’re looking for a place that is the whole package, make sure to book your event at Knuth Brewing Company. Its less than 45 minutes from the Fox Cities!

Gettyup and get over here to get some grub! I really enjoyed the food here! ( it’s a brewery first but the food was surprisingly good! My beef sandwich was outstanding! Bread was fresh and meat was tender. I get that sandwich everyday for a week. Nachos were full of toppings and large. Delicious. Wings were ok and order was small. I’d skip them next time. Lots of interesting sides here. You order at the counter and they bring it out

Knuth Brewing Company is a really great place to go. The atmosphere is really good with the brewing equipment to view. The staff is upbeat and friendly. The food is great!!! They have wonderful carrot cake!!!
