Update January 15, 2026 – have been here a few times now and service and quality is always consistent! Baristas are always super friendly and helpful! Quick service as well. Two baristas whose names I didn’t get were helpful with drink suggestions on two occasions and John offered great recommendations for coffee and food items today. Picture is of an iced vanilla lavender latte with oatmilk and a honey badger latte. Great tasting syrups in my opinion. Will return!
First visit – Fast, friendly, and efficient! The iced vanilla lavender latte I got was delicious and I would definitely recommend!

What a great new drive through coffee place! I drink a black Americana so espresso matters to me, it’s so smooth. The flavor and intensity is perfect. The App is easy to use, order ahead and it’s ready when you get there. The staff is great, warm, friendly, and super helpful. I’m a regular now! Have not tried food yet, I’m GF so that’s a challenge.

I usually come to Knowledge Perk Coffee Company almost every day with my husband, but after today I’ll be going to the Carolina Forest location instead. I love coming because there’s a boy with glasses who always keeps me talking and makes the experience feel welcoming that customer interaction is honestly why I enjoy coming here.
Today around 12 PM, after taking my payment, the employee shut the window without saying anything and continued talking to her friends while I was still there. It felt unprofessional and dismissive. I really value good customer service and hope this feedback is taken seriously.

I saw a negative review below and felt the need to share my personal experience this morning.
My avocado and egg croissant was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. My caramel latte was also perfectly made with whole milk. In regards to the pricing, they are fair. I would rather give a local business owner an extra $2 to help keep them afloat then to frequent 7 Brew or Dunkin’ Donuts. The Baristas were very kind and service was great. I think this will be my new morning stop on the days I don’t feel like brewing at home.

After I figured out how to get to the drive thru, on my 3rd try;it was well worth the effort. This by far is the cleanest and most purest coffee u will find with such an incredible rich taste!! The health benefits are absolutely impressive to any chain coffee establishment in the whole area. Try it!!! You will see and feel the difference to anything u have tasted before , unless you have had Organic Coffee:).

Unfortunately, this was my first & last time going. I went to the new Little River location. Almost $7 for a small (very small) hot coffee was insanity. & on top of that it tasted like hot water – zero peppermint flavor whatsoever. Very disappointing to pay that amount of money for something that tastes terrible.
Service was very friendly and quick. But my coffee lid smells of very strong perfume.
I am not sure how that place will stay open with those prices & lack of options / variety.

I have family that just moved to the area from Florida and I was trying to find a place with a nice cup of coffee. I saw their little drive through pavilion and decided to give it a shot. The lovely woman I met come up to me because the drive through speaker was not set up yet so she took my order herself. We got a dirty matcha latte and a sugar free vanilla latte. Both we very good. Highly recommend this place for anything coffee related. It’s not the cheapest but coming from DC this was the least expensive I’ve ever paid for those 2 drinks.

I will not return. Horribly overpriced, and the quality was not exceptional. I was supposed to have whole milk, but it tasted like skim milk. Also, they do not sell any blended espresso drinks, which is a huge negative. If 7Brew can charge $2 less for the same size drink, there is no reason for this place to price gouge.
IN RESPONSE TO MANAGER’S RESPONSE:
I owned my own espresso business for years, and there is absolutely NO reason to be charging these prices today. I went to Walmart and bought a single espresso machine for $50 and am now making 20 oz latte’s in my kitchen for under $2 per glass, and will never return back to these overpriced coffee drive-thru’s. These days most of these espresso businesses charge extra for whip cream, and if you ask for “no ice,” you get charged an extra dollar, and on and on the price gouging goes. I am one customer who is fed up. And then these places ask for tips. Who can afford to tip? People are barely making it these days. Good luck.

Hey guys, I actually had to delete my previous 5 star review because I wanted to rewrite it after my experience today. Unfortunately it just wasn’t really up to the standards I’ve come to expect.
Normally I enjoy coming here and seeing the same familiar faces, but today the whole experience felt a bit weird and uncomfortable. Nobody really talked to me when I came in, and the overall vibe felt a little off. I was honestly having a pretty horrible day already, so even just a small interaction or friendly hello would’ve gone a long way.
I’m hoping this was just an off day because I usually like supporting local places. Hopefully the experience will be better next time.

I drove through the Little River location for the first time and I experienced courteous service. The coffee is excellent. For premium priced coffee, I found the experience to be much better than Starbucks. I downloaded the app and I will be going back there again soon!
