While staying in Victor during our Yellowstone trip, we discovered Knotty Pines and it was a gem. We sat on the patio amongst the beautiful garden. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The staff was warm and attentive, even going out of their way to refill our pup’s water bowl without us asking. Our waitress was fantastic, offering great drink suggestions and even creating a custom cocktail just for me.
We shared the garlic edamame, chicken wings, mac and cheese, and rainbow trout. All delicious. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Fantastic Burger, the half pound. Go for the beans and cole slaw as a side they are perfect with the burger. Service cheerful and quick, our meals came quickly, can’t complain!

Knotty Pine Restaurant is absolutely worth the wait, the money, and the views—especially at sunset! The drinks were phenomenal, and the food was even better. The 16-ounce ribeye was cooked to perfection, the edamame is a must (it could honestly be a meal on its own), and the Ahi tuna salad was outstanding. To top it all off, the owner was so welcoming that he even shared his recipe with me. This place is truly a gem—I can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing steak. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cool western style restaurant with outdoor seating. Inside, they have a stage for music. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and good served quick. Prices for this area were reasonable.

Knotty Pine Supper Club is the kind of place that doesn’t need hype. It earns its crowd.
Early Friday evening, it started quiet. Within an hour, it was moving. That tells you everything.
Beers and shots are reasonably priced, which already puts it ahead of the curve. And then there’s Adam behind the bar. A superstar. Personable without performing. Knowledgeable without lecturing. The kind of bartender who reads the room and keeps it flowing.
The fish and chips came out like they meant business. Massive serving of homemade shoestring fries, crispy and golden. Two large beer-battered fillets that didn’t skimp on substance. The tartar sauce did its job. The coleslaw surprised me. Not a watery afterthought. A large, fresh, crisp portion that could stand on its own.
Family-friendly. Unpretentious. Solid execution.
Knotty Pine doesn’t try to be trendy. It just does things right. And that’s more than enough.

The place was pretty packed when I came in, and the atmosphere was that of a sports bar. Lighting was dim inside, and there was plenty of seating outdoors as well. One thing that was pretty noticeable was that there was only one waitress for the outside and one for the inside, which seemed a little strange to me, given how many tables there were. I ordered a meat combo – ribs, sausage, and brisket – I want to say. Service was decent, but with how many customers she had, the server seemed to only be able to spend a couple seconds with each customer. Food was great, though, and it’s 100% recommended!

This place has the best BBQ we had in ages. It beats many Texas BBQ. Must be a really good Grill Master. We tried the brisket, burnt ends, sausage (very crumbly and un-processed). Even the sides are thoughtfully done – mashed potatoes, veggies, mac n cheese. Must try if at Victor!

Took about 15 mins to get sat. Place wasn’t busy but I think they only have one waitress, she was great though (Jenny). BBQ was highlighted on the menu as “Smoked In House”. They definitely don’t smoke it there unless it was days old, everything was cold and dry. It’s a bummer because it looked good, but the Brisket was like chewing a piece of a rubber tire. Maybe that’s Kansas City style idk. The BBQ sauce tastes like watered down cherry cola. They charge extra for every single topping on a burger and forgot two of the toppings. I try not to leave very negative reviews but, It just wasn’t great. Maybe it was an off night that Friday.

Great service, great atmosphere, amazing food! The prime rib was insanely good, and so was the bourbon glazed salmon. French fries were out of this world. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is really unique. If we were local we’d be here all the time!

we had a great dinner here! I ordered the filet wrapped in bacon and was happy to see that they source their meat from sustainable and ethical farms in southern idaho. it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, I absolutely recommend stopping by for dinner! thank you!
