This place is great. Our order was quick and easy, and the food options were great. Fries are nice and crispy, not too salty and properly seasoned, and also the food is absolutely delectable. The Gyro’s served here are absolutely great. Drink options are good too. Only reason why service is a 4 is because they were understaffed, but they were doing a great job nonetheless. 5/5.

“I recently enjoyed a knockout burger from A Pinch of Yum at Southpoint Mall’s food court. The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the staff was friendly, particularly Sara, the manager. However, I couldn’t help but notice a slight off-taste in the meat, which made it seem of lower quality and potentially unhealthy, despite being cooked to order. Oh goodness, there is a lot to say about this place. The food was cold. The gyros was the frozen kind that you just heat up…it tasted like thin sliced nastiness, I still feel sick from it. The fries had an odd color and taste. The food was expensive too and he tried to make me feel special by giving me a “discount.” He was practically begging me to buy food when all I was doing was reading the menu. Yuck! Not only that but the dude was talking Arabic to the cook and i think he was surprised at how he told me everything was halal and how I only ordered stuff for me and not the kids. I ended up walking away because I didn’t want to hear him trying to talk mumbo jumbo. People understand more than one language ya know. Never ever in my life again! I didn’t have the stomach to finish my sandwich so I threw it away and I never throw anything away. That says a lot for me.

Was in the mall and debated between them and great steak place. Asked someone and they said Knockout…umm that’s going to be a negative fir me, did not enjoy at all. No flavor and the steak seems really cheap and expensive but guess everyone and every is raising prices. Next time I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s Chipotle Sub..im pretty much a food critic so I should have known better. I will say this the fries was good and worker was polite which is also important!

This place is horrible! It was me and my boyfriend who ordered. His had mushrooms and mine didn’t (I’m really allergic) and we tell the lady that mushrooms can’t touch my food as it was cooking on the same grill. She responds “it’s not on your sandwich” . Rude comment. She didn’t even wash them off or anything just continued to cook. So when I have my allergic reaction I will be expecting them to pay my hospital bill! Will not recommend this place to anyone! If I can give them negative stars I would!
