Restaurant located inside the JW Marriott hotel. As hotel guests, we enjoyed a quick lunch by the pool. Service was good. We ordered the chicken tenders and a bowl of fruit.
The fruit was fresh and tasty. I even ordered a second one to enjoy on the pool bed. The chicken tenders were also good, no complaints.
They serve the food in plastic containers with lids, which makes it easy to take everything with you to your chair or bed by the pool.

I know prices are always higher at a jw but 15 dollars plus 18 percent gratuity and that’s how much guacamole you get in the pics. Pretty sad. Daughter’s fries were cold and stale. We got our order to go so we wonder if ordering in is better. Doubt it honestly. Bartenders are attentive but that’s about it. I ordered from the bar because we saw our waitress once all day. It is not busy today.

The ozersky is a really good hamburger as the aftertaste is amazing. Brisket Nachos are also really good. The service though depends on how crowded it is. You have to wait a while for food and service if it’s crowded and gratuity is pre included regardless of party size, though the staff at least give you a heads up. Overall glad I tried and it’s very convenient.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott for four days and ended up eating at Knife Burger twice—that’s how good it was! The double burger was fantastic, easily one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It’s juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, making it worth every bite.

Nice location by the pool at JW Marriott, however maybe the worst burger I have had and certainly the worst when taken into account the cost. In fact think it made me sick. Undercooked, no flavor, and the fries clearly had sat under a heat light.

Great food at this poolside cafe at the JW Marriott, especially the fresh salads. Glad to have some Premier League and NFL on the TVs above the bar. Solid wine and beverage selections, including the Grande Lakes Colada, with its big splash of rum.

I enjoyed my food here, and the location is extremely convenient if staying on property. The outdoor atmosphere is nice with lots of varied seating options. However, the prices are a bit high for the food since it’s in a hotel, thus the 4-star rating.

Poolside service is a nice environment. We sat 10ft from the bar. A server came to us and took our initial drink order and we received those. We asked her to come back in a bit for food orders and that was the last we saw of her. Again, we were 10ft from the bar, so it is completely strange to not physically see your server anywhere for 40 minutes. What was she doing? You’d have to appear at the bar at some point if you were serving anyone at all, but we could not find her doing anything anywhere. Eventually we sent part of our group to find seats at another bar on premise and we waited another 10 minutes just to physically see her long enough to close the check. Then we saw a 20% mandatory gratuity on the check and it all made sense.
