Kneaders in Provo Riverwoods use to be great. Today I went to get a veggie avacado and there was no sauce on it… a half slice of provolone and the skimpiest amount of lettuce on it. They charge me over 10 dollars for pretty much bread. Ridiculous and never going there again. I drove all the way home to American Fork and wasn’t worth it to drive back to fix. Ugh

I’ve been a die hard kneaders fan for years. This location is so inconsistent. I get it, I asked for a sandwich with no veggies, however paying $12 for this was a joke. Wasn’t even full from it, it wasn’t fresh nor good. Also took about 15 mins for me to get this. Drive an extra 15 mins & go to other locations. Only reason I’m giving a 3 start is because the other sandwich was great, wish this one was better.

Kneaders Bakery never disappoints! The desserts look absolutely amazing, and the fresh bread is just as incredible. I had the French Dip Sandwich, my go-to, and as always, it was absolutely amazing. My wife tried the new Crack Chicken sandwich, and it was super tasty. Great food, great quality, and always a pleasant experience!

This is the worst sandwich I have gotten from them. The meat was old, and they put no sauce on it. The bread is burnt and dry along with the 3 small pieces of meat that were on the side, no other meat was on the sandwich. I have to been to the Kneaders in Lindon and Lehi, they are SO MUCH BETTER than this one. Horrible experience. Go to one of the other stores, it will be with your time. This is not my first bad experience from this location

Ordered a sandwich through doordash. Got the chicken pesto sandwich with avocado instead of chicken. This is what I got. No pesto, no cheese, no basil. An outside piece of the avocado. Idk how someone can feel good sending off food like this!

Was greeted so warmly as soon as I entered the doors! The interior decor and ambiance was so inviting and warm – the kind of place you want to hang out for hours with a friend!
So much eye candy when it comes to their desserts and their bread wall display, not to mention their gift baskets beautifully displayed throughout the store.

I stopped in on Monday evening and had a wonderful experience. My food came out quickly, and the two young ladies at the front were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even surprised me with a complimentary loaf of bread, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

When we went to pick up our order that we had placed a month in advance, they could NOT find our order. They claimed we had not placed an order there. They said to call Orem. We asked for help, but they said to call Orem ourselves. I called Orem, who did not have our order, but Orem location took the time to figure out where our order was. Even though we had not placed our order with the Orem store, they (two workers) went above and beyond to find our order. The order was indeed in Pleasant Grove. They (Orem) called Pleasant Grove, who kept saying they didn’t have our order (19 loaves of bread). Orem told them our names again and walked them through how to find our order. We drove back to Pleasant Grove Kneaders to pick up our order, and the workers there told us we had no order. I told them that Orem had called, and that PG had confirmed they found it. Finally, after driving back and forth between stores, Pleasant Grove Kneaders finally said they had our order and handed our order over.
Pleasant Grove Kneaders did nothing to compensate us for our time, travels, and troubles. We had prepaid, and I had the receipt, but they seemed uninterested in helping us. They seemed annoyed.
This was very frustrating, as we had done our part to place the order and pay well in advance, only to get the poor response.
Last year when we placed our order, it went well. We picked up our order, and the loaves were placed neatly in a box. This year, the order was not well taken care of, and the bread not only was not found right away (and took over an hour), but the bread was smashed into two large bags. Our gifts we were giving to friends were not the normal quality we would expect.
The bread is good, but service we received was terrible.

Went at 9, an hour before closing, ordered a single sandwich in the drive thru, and waited for 28 minutes for my sandwich. There didn’t seem to be any customers inside, so it wasn’t like they were just really busy. They took my payment and then I’m 95% sure they completely forgot about me until 28 minutes later when another car came to the drive thru, and they came to take payment from them, and realized I was still there and hadn’t gotten my food. Then they handed me a turkey bacon avocado sandwich with almost no avocado.

This sneakers is absolutely incredible! The atmosphere is so darling perfect for a fall lunch or brunch. I got a steamer for the seasonal joy. I’m just sitting and enjoying this beautiful place. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal and when there was a tiny little mixup with my order, they gave me a loaf of free sourdough to take home!
The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and I definitely recommend this place!
