Love this place! It’s the perfect place for Breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff could do a better job at being more attentive. The options may be light but the flavors are strong! Plus, the kids love coming here! The added bonus is all the treats, pies, cakes, and delicious desserts!

My boyfriend & I came in to get soup & we both ordered. Waited for about 15 minutes ( which we didn’t mind) but when we got our order they brought mine out, & said they didn’t have the soup he ordered. My soup came out cold. There was guests waiting to be helped while they cleaned. I get it’s Friday night & they want to get out of here. I was a teenager in food once too. But they should know when they run out of something & not bring cold food out. Especially when they don’t close for two more hours. It may be awhile before we come back. You can do better Kneaders.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive through. When I got to the window they asked what my order was and then started making it. There was no customers waiting at the counter inside. But somehow these teenagers couldn’t keep the drive through lane going. When I got home I found they didn’t put avocado or bacon on my sandwich. $13 . Last time I got there

This was first time trying Kneaders, which feels very much like Panera. I tried the Chicken Salad Croissant and the Tuna Melt. The Chicken Salad was just ok. The Tuna Melt was very good, though I’d order it on different bread next time. There were too many nut slices baked into the bread for my liking. Also, it was expensive since the sandwiches had no sides included.

When I moved to Utah one of the first restaurants I visited was Kneaders. I can tell you first hand that it is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited in my life (not exaggerating). Their food is delicious and healthy, their deserts are unreal, and their staff was so friendly that one of the managers became a close friend. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Used to be really really good, but inflationary prices make it impossible to support businesses much. Maybe bring prices down and people would spend more. The fruit tart, smoothies, and club sandwiches are good, but just not worth the price.

I am writing this on May 19th, 2023 at 7:55pm. I am being this specific, so that the manager can take appropriate action. I walked in, cash in hand and walk up to the counter. Three employees, two girls and one boy all made eye contact with me but said nothing. It was very clear that they were waiting for one of the other ones to acknowledge me and take my order. I stood there for 5 minutes, which may not seem like a long time, but when I am the only person in line, it feels like an eternity. No, “I’ll be right with you,” no, “hello how are you this evening?” Nothing. I was absolutely blown away. It’s one thing of they were packed and busy, they weren’t. Finally, I turned around and walked out. I regularly eat here with my wife and kids, and now I I’m considering not returning. It’s unfortunate, but I will certainly be more discerning in the future as to where I spend my money.
