Husband working late last night, ordered our faves for when he got home. General a really great place, but we’ve noticed a decline in food amount/quality, as of late. His favorite is the turkey bacon avocado, so I ordered the sandwich with a combo. He got home about 11pm or so, and went to eat his food..it was disappointing to say the least. Hardly any turkey, tomato or onion; and NO bacon or avocado at all (see photos). I didn’t think to check it, trusting that I got what I ordered, and this is what he came home to. He didn’t eat it be cause I was going to return it in the morning. I, now, realize they’re not even open on Sundays. I know that I went there later in the evening, so things might have run low or run out –but if that was the case, there should have just been transparency and common courtesy. I could have got something else, depending, or went somewhere else. Not sure I’ll be back.

Was very impressed when first walking in. Place was clean and employees were nice. However was shortly let down when receiving my food. Food was very plain and had absolutely no flavor. Really unfortunate as I spent almost $60 here

My significant and I went for lunch we ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich 2 soups and a eclaire . The young man taking our order was very kind. But when we got our order, I looked inside to straighten it out and my side of the sandwich hardly had any turkey and some empty spots with no turkey. I looked at the other 1/2 of the sandwich and it had more turkey on it. So I went to the manager and told him and all he said was it was weighed and it looked like that has 1.7 Oz. So the other should be the same. It definitely did not have the same amounts of turket because my half was way less. Im not complaining about the amount. Im complaining about the distributing it evenly. We aren’t here to make our own sandwich. We paid to have it made right. as a manager he chose not to understand or even care about his paying customer. We will not
be back.

Ordered a chicken salad sandwich via door dash AND a cinnamon roll. Bread hardly had any chicken salad on it and cinnamon roll was old and hard. Came to leave a review and saw that there are other reviews about the sandwiches not having much on them.

I’ve been coming here since they opened a long time ago. I don’t come as much as I used to. I usually get their chocolate covered strawberries and almond salad sandwich I thinks that’s what it’s called. Their desserts are always good

I went on a breakfast outing with my son during Christmas break. While I was there, Izzy was the lady who helped us. The first thing I asked, was about their special on Mondays, where the loaves of bread are on sale, she wasn’t sure about the exact sale I was referring to and she went above and beyond and talking to other staff and her manager to make sure she could get back to me with their 50% off of whole loaves on Mondays after 5 PM.
Furthermore, when we were looking at the Christmas merchandise that was marked down, she went above and beyond to make sure she that we had fresh batteries in the items I was trying to buy. The batteries were already used up from being on display this Christmas season and she put fresh batteries in each of the items I was buying, and then she honored the price that was on the sticker One item said one prize another item at a different price and she honored the lower price. I highly recommend this location of kneaders, and you will be blessed by their staff, especially people like Izzy.

I’ve been going to kneaders for their bread for a long time. It’s always quality. The staff is always nice and welcoming. Today is the day before thanksgiving and I just went in you guys were packed… but ready!! So many sheet trays full of pies, rolls, bread and other treats. The professionalism and calm matter that I believe his name was Craig? ( tall man who has a slick head) displayed was impressive. I worked in the service industry for a decade and he was chefs kiss! Also kudos to all those behind the scenes and the management for picking such a great staff of people. Bravo!

Always so good! I remember trying the sugar cookie when I was a kid and never knowing who made the cookie until I came here with my boyfriend and I tried the cookie (keep in mind, I’ve been looking for this cookie my whole life). Only kneaders can make a cookie that you’ll remember the taste of for your whole life.

Bought the pumpkin and apple cobbler pies for thanksgiving.
The apple pie had zero flavor. No spices not even a pinch of cinnamon. Canned apples have more flavor.
Truly disappointed. Almost $50 in pies. Apple went into the trash.
