Went through the drive-thru on our way home after a procedure and didn’t want to stop in anywhere. Ordered two muffin tops and two ham egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches. They have a croissant breakfast sandwich listed on the menu, so I thought I was getting a sandwich and not a croissant. The receipt did not mention croissant. Maybe I am mistaken, but it’s confusing for the patron if you have both listed and “you get what you get.” I was surprised by the muffin top. It was soft, moist, and delicious. It’s not something I’d regularly order, but it was good!

I’ve really tried to like this place. The food is terrible. Today I got a chicken salad sandwich croissant. Croissant was stale and there was chicken salad on maybe 1/3 of the sandwich. My “salad” was a small cup stuffed with spring mix. Nothing else. The service was friendly from 2/5 of the people. Manager on duty seemed to have the personality of a wall. The atmosphere may be nice if you’re over 70 years old. My table had broken down boxes behind it like some sort of storage area. This place is clearly run by someone that has no care in the world. I’ve tried the place 3 times now. Each time it’s worse and worse. Good luck!

Waited over 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Had to ask for money back to leave, then Finally got food.Terrible service. Got food,excuse was that only one person working. Not true, saw at least 4. Just not a good experience all around. Boxes everywhere in dinning area. Most tables dirty. Won’t be back.

We used to be regular customers at Kneaders on Mainstreet in Parker, but we won’t be returning. Wait times are extraordinarily long. I’ve been told twice that my order was “rung up on the wrong register,” making it impossible to add the order to my frequent diner card. Worst of all, we’ve regularly placed large orders for a variety of pastries for parties, and every time we’ve visited this store over the past couple years, our order has been shorted. When I have called to politely complain and request a refund, I’ve been told that a refund would be processed for the missing items and a manager would call if there were any questions. I’ve never once received a refund nor a call from a manager. Reading the other Google reviews, it appears that the standard response from the owner is that more training is necessary. By the time the employees are properly trained, there won’t be any customers left.

I would give this place a zero star if I could. Really bad customer service. I asked for no bacon on my Mac and cheese and they brought it with bacon and when I asked them to make me a new one they said they would make a new one but just removed the bacon from the top. When I saw the pieces of bacon at the bottom I went up to them they said that was their last Mac and cheese and so they couldn’t make a new one (another lie). I asked for the manager and the front server said she was in the restaurant. I asked for the managers number and then the manager came out. All she did was look at me blank and basically stood there doing nothing. I will never visit this place or any other Kneaders bakery ever again. They lied and were deceitful.

The food was exceptional, and fresh.. ordered for meals to go, along with smoothies, and dessert.. it took a little bit longer to get the meals; not sure if some of the worker(s) had other online or phone orders, but we finally got our food.. the eatery was not too busy, and very clean.. food, and dessert (the tres leches) was wonderful, and will definitely return..

Kneaders locations around the South Metro have gone down. This one included. Went in this morning to do a pickup, and the case was empty at 9 a.m, with a very long list of unavailable items taped to the counter. There was a funky smell to the place, like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile(or well). I was greeted by a frazzled person and not in any way pleasant except for the thank you on my way out. Food was very salty, not really worth the money. This seems to be a trend, I don’t know if it’s kneaders corporate (pay), or if the local stores are owned by the same people. But the one on Lincoln has gone downhill in the same way.

Terrible experience. Went in the drive through when it was not busy. Barely any cars in parking lot, and only one car in drive thru ahead of me. Ordered 2 smoothies. We were going to order one treat, but when we asked, they were out of eclairs, brownies, and lots of other food. So we didn’t get anything else.
