Great bakery/coffee spot. Everything we ate was incredible. We went back the next day for more. My sis had tomato and cheese focacia and I pumped up the grilled cheese and ham with 2 cheeses, provolone and mozzerella and added tomato. Delish!! We split a cheesecake.
The cheesecake was so good we went back the next day to get our own. We split the cinnamon role with bacon and ham and the coldcut sand. The roll ‘s flavors blended so nicely and the sandwich was super fresh. Then we savored our cheesecakes. The service was wonderful, as both order takers were very aztentive and answetrd all our questions. A must visit kind of place for all.

We stopped in during our weekend in Winchester, and the pasties and coffee are as delicious as they look! The service was outstanding, even though they were very busy. We are already planning to come back tomorrow before we leave. Everything is high quality, well-priced, and truly delectable.

This is a very nice and lovely bakery shop that offers a wide variety of bread and bakery with a wonderful setting and atmosphere. It makes me feel like I am in Italy or in NYC in the 50’s~~.
As a plus, it opens early, at 6:00AM – we ordered a make-your-own sandwich that tasted as good as it looked.

Stopped in to a beautiful establishment this morning for a breakfast sandwich. I did a bacon and provolone on sourdough , it was really really good, the bread was fantastic, . The shop was set up very nice, big, clean displays of the fresh pastries. Nice sitting area to eat. Oh Icant forget about the coffee, just had the house brew which was a nice combination of strength and fresh brewed coffee ☕. Definitely would return to try the lunch menu or a loaded cinnamon bun, yes I believe that was bacon I saw on there! . Yep we’re definitely coming back! Breakfast well done.

I stumbled upon this place with my boys a few weeks ago and we enjoyed a delicious pizza on sourdough. I came back to try their breakfast sandwiches. Not knowing what to get I asked someone there what they would recommend and went with their suggestion of a breakfast BLT on brioche. It was delicious! And a generous size! I brought my whole family back this morning to try out their sandwiches and we all had a great time. The customer service is excellent! The owners and workers are genuine, kind, and patient. They really go out of their way to make their customers feel welcomed and answer any questions you might have. Steve, the owner, came up to my family and I right before we left today to give us some cookies for our kids! What a blessing! It is a new favorite spot of ours, thank you Knead Bread family!

Possibly best restaurant in Winchester. Amazing food, extremely friendly staff. The person in front of us bought the last eclair and when I made a joke we missed out on the eclairs they went and made some more. The bread, sandwiches, and pastries are all very good.

Not your typical American bakery.. definitely a piece of Italy Freshly baked goods are displayed in an irresistible manner, making you salivate as soon as you enter the store. Lots of options, we had a customized breakfast sandwich, tomato mozzarella pizza, Bavarian cream donut and a cherry lemon pie. Everything was delicious, with the total cost together with the tip a little above $40, fair price for the healthy premium quality freshly made food. Cute little place definitely worth stopping in. Amazing bread and sandwiches. The Italian Sub was perfect and large (took a pic after I ate half of it) and the canoli was was good too. The owner/staff were very friendly. Definitely going back to try more options.

A Google search pointed me to Knead.
Here’s the thing — this isn’t just good bread in Winchester. This is good bread on an absolute scale. Rustic loaves with toothsome grain. And scones. And cookies. A breakfast sandwich to die for (on ciabatta, no less). And the coffee is what coffee *should* be.
Exquisite food, really. I’ll have to come back for the focaccia.
