Had breakfast here on last leg of cross country road trip. Food was fantastic especially the bison. Atmosphere was great. Location with view of mountains was awesome. Highly recommend. Was worth driving 2600 mi for this delicious breakfast!

We were so fortunate to not only enjoy a delicious breakfast at K & M, but we also had the honor of meeting and chatting with its owners, Kirk and Michelle Hayes. They are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuine about helping travelers get to know and appreciate all the beauty and the many points of interest the community and surrounding areas have to offer. I loved the sasquatch theme of K & M, that is super fun! I also love and respect that Kirk and Michelle have made their restaurant a place of safety, support, and welcome for all veterans and their loved ones. A gorgeous hand-painted mural, featuring a glorious eagle, mountains, and a world map, adorns the wall. Veterans are welcomed to place a pin where they served.
The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I’m so grateful that a place like this and its good people exist, they make the world a better place.

As soon as we walked in we were greated by the locals. It was like walking into a scene in Mayberry. But better!
The owner & his wife were very sweet and personable. We loved the Bigfoot decor. Too cute. We had breakfast and it was perfect. One of the best omelets my husband ever had. We can’t wait until we’re in the area again one day.

I ate at this place when it first opened and it was great and fast service. I’ve been to this place twice this year and the service is beyond slow. I had to leave the first time this year due to extremely slow service. Today I’m here got here about 1215 and it’s now 1:19 and just starting to get our food. I won’t be back
4Bs is quick and good, the Chinese restaurant is quick and good the Cell Block Tavern is quick and good.
If you want your food served in a timely fashion then avoid this place. I’ve noticed they only have 1 server and 1 new cook. The pulled pork was supposed to have cole slaw. They did comp the whole ticket, but I won’t be back and definitely won’t recommend it.

A small town little joint. It has great food, crispy fries, hackberry soda, fresh burgers and gyros. The food is really yummy and filling. The folks behind the counter were friendly and entertained us as they made the food fresh. Not a super long wait though. If I pass this way I’d go back for sure.

This place packs a punch way above its weight. It looks like some unassuming regular diner. But, it is memorable and hits you right in your taste buds. Ordered their Piggy piggy meal with bacon, Mac n cheese, with sweet potatoe fries and munched it down. Also service was good

Stopped in for a late lunch in October. I was the only patron, but the service was friendly and prompt. The Philly and gyro are great choices. Some cute Bigfoot decor as well. Will definitely return if I am ever in Deer Lodge again.

I travel around the State of MT a lot for work and miss the “old Montana ways and simple, unpretensious people and ways of doing things. This restaurant brought me back to the good old days. Nothing fancy in the decor, the food was affordable and very good and both the customers and employees were very down to earth and what I call normal and enjoyable to be around. Glad I chose this place and I’ll be back!

Food was absolutely delicious. Perhaps the best diner we’ve ever been to. Charming and simple atmosphere, but the food was fantastic. We had the Piggy Piggy, Demon, Jalepeno Turkey and House Salad- each was polished off and not a delicious fry was left behind. They support veterans, which is another great note. Finished with some treats from the bakery case, worth every cent.
