the employee always have a great attitude but for some reason the food has just gone down hill recently. Breadsticks are grainy inside like there’s too many powdered seasonings added, in addition to the seasoning sprinkled on top. The chicken club sub was so soggy/greasy, and the lettuce I had added on top was wilted and brown. I’ve love their food in the past, but will probably not take the risk again considering how expensive food is these days.

We got a taco pizza pretty late, like 30 minutes before closing. We were honestly expecting it to be kinda soggy or something and we were ready to accept that since we ordered so late, but it was amazing! 13/10 we basically came at 10 and they didn’t seem mad or anything so that was cool too. We ate it faster than they made it probably. Absolutely love

Tomorrow is my birthday, I don’t have really any family. I told them “hey tomorrow is my birthday if you could make it with love.” They made my pizza into an actual heart, I sit here in almost tears as I type this. They took the time to not only hear my order but make a person like little ole me feel special. Idk I always shop with them because their pizza is my favorite in Van Wert, but this just accedes and tops every expectation I could have. They’re a hometown business with the the best pizza in the NATION!

We haven’t had Klosterman’s pizza in some time. We ordered the Saturday special last night and the pizzas were both delicious. If you haven’t tried them for awhile I highly recommend.

I ordered a Jumbo half Taco and the other Chicken Barbecue, the night of May 25, 2023. The lady that took my order (assume she took my order over the phone) came out to me to make sure the pizza was acceptable to my likeness. Just letting everyone know that the pizza was heavenly! I will definitely be back due to the customer service and all the employees professionalism!

Ordered a taco pizza tonight through DoorDash delivery and there were no toppings on the pizza. So apparently nobody is checking there is no quality control. All I’ve been reading online is how much better Klosterman has gotten and I gave them another try tonight and I am extremely disappointed.they also asked me to send my DoorDash driver back to the store to pick up a new order for me and bring it back. That door dasher is not their employee and they did not plan to pay that DoorDash or extra or give him extra tip for doing that task but they asked for him to come back and deliver my order. That is not that DoorDash job he does not work for you and he does not work for free, and the fact that a business would try to take advantage of someone’s kindness is absolutely disgusting.

One of the best local Pizza restaurants in Van Wert. There is no ‘eat in’ but take out and delivery. Our favorite pizza so far is the Taco Pizza. It’s piled high with toppings and comes with all the extras(sour cream and salsa). If you haven’t tried them yet, it’s time!

Best chicken bacon ranch wrap and chef salad i have had since moving to Ohio 5 years ago . Staff was friendly. They all seemed to work as a team while keeping a good work atmosphere while I waited for my food . Hands down one of the best places to order from in Van wert.

On Tuesday October 26 we ordered two salads and a sausage sub. They said they had no tomatoes. And we ordered extra dressing. They told us 40 minutes. Went to pick up food they said sausage had five more minutes. Got the food home opened it up, sandwich was burnt sausage on a bun, nothing else. One salad had no dressing at all. Called to tell them what was wrong and hear someone in the background say “tell her to take her business elsewhere”. Completely unprofessional, nasty food and didn’t want to fix the problem.
