I had the marina sandwich which was a refreshing and delicious. It was a bit crowded to be expected but the service was quick and easy. Overall ambiance is busy due to the time of day but good overall.

As a quick-service deli, it does a good job at being efficient for travelers, but the quality of the food and service seems to have declined lately. My “hearty breakfast sandwich” was more like “anemic eggs and bacon on white toast”. Compared to other SFO outlets, this place is a slight bargain, but still, having to part with over $20 for a basic breakfast was disappointing. Anywhere else but an airport, and this would be a 2-3 star review, yet if you need aomething quick in Terminal 3, it’s a reasonably good choice.

Got a sandwich and it cost $14.72. That was with a discount. Which I appreciate. However my sandwich was not worth the $17.00 it should’ve been. Not to mention the attitude of the lady making my sandwich. Not to me but the employee at the register. Please fix. I should get a sandwich worth the price. And yes I understand airport prices but come on. It was a BLTA. I used to eat here every week since these opened at e gates and f gates, and I have spoke up. NEVER eating here again. My $3,000.00 will be spent elsewhere.

My flight was cancelled and was rerouted and had a 3.5hour layover in San Francisco. I went in to Kleins to inquire if I could use my food vouchers and the lady told me I probably cant and told me to grab some food items to try and once it worked she forced me to take all the fruits that we tried from the transaction. I simply wanted to know if they would accept it. Also once I had to purchase all the fruits she also didnt give me what I had paid for and I had to go back and question why the items did not add up to what I paid. I wish she was upfront if the food vouchers from the airline worked or not then i wouldn’t have wasted a food voucher of $30usd on all fruits.

Sign says they close at 11pm. Online said they close at 11pm. My son (5 years old) and I go in and get in line. This is 10:20pm. Our next flight is delayed and he is barely holding it together.
The mean, rude, and inconsiderate employee rudely yells at the person in front of us and us that(by pointing) “they’ve taken the last order!!!!”. Then that employee very rudely points at some innocent bystander in line.
My son was shocked and unhappy with this treatment. Regardless of how I felt, it is super unprofessional to treat people like this, especially 40 minutes before closing time in a busy airport. And especially children.
No need to attempt to visit this dump again

The most basic, boring sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Like one that came out of a vending machine. Flavor isn’t there. Too much bread (or not enough stuffing). It doesn’t taste horrendous, I was able to finish it. It is at best a somewhat mediocre sandwich. Not a bad price for Airport food, I see why now, but… it just tastes SO plain even though it looked kind of good. I got the Calvin (I think). It’s roast beef, turkey, pickles, tomato, lettuce, and “klein sauce”. Sounded so good.
Bottom line:
You would legitimately be better off at a small kiosk buying a pre made sandwich for half the price. Go here if you need food and there’s no line and you are late for your flight. Lovely customer service though, everyone was very nice. Sort of sorry to give the bad review.

I got coffee from here before a flight. It was quick, made well, tasted great, and the staff were very nice. 0 complaints, would get coffee here again

I consumed the Mission Turkey sandwich purchased at the airport last Sunday. Within hours, I developed symptoms consistent with acute food poisoning, including gastrointestinal distress. These symptoms have persisted continuously for seven days without resolution.
There were no other dietary changes or exposures during this time period that could reasonably account for the illness. Based on timing and symptom onset, the sandwich—specifically the turkey—appears to be the likely source of bacterial contamination.
This raises serious concerns regarding food storage, handling, and safety protocols. Food served in an airport setting should meet strict safety standards, as travelers have limited alternatives once symptoms begin.
I would advise caution to other consumers and recommend that this product and its handling procedures be reviewed immediately.

I got the Soma(grilled cheese). Looks great and have a lot of chess. Not expensive considering it’s in the airport. Take off one star because there’s no butter on the sandwich which is important for a grilled cheese.

The Asian lady working around 5:55pm on 9/19 was so rude and did not even acknowledge me. Maybe she was deaf but horrible worker if you don’t like your job don’t work. I still left a tip with this review for the polite lady at the cash register
