Great bbq. The flavor of the smoke stands out. It’s not overpowered, but perfect. Giving the meat the texture, appearance and flavor that is rare in a bbq restaurant. Super delicious. The staff were very helpful since it was my first time there. I give this place a 2 thumbs up.

Best barbecue I’ve ever had (and I’m 74). I wasn’t very hungry, so I just got 1 rib with creamed corn and peach cobbler. I’ve never seen a rib like that. I took half the meat home. The corn and cobbler were excellent, too.
About their barbecue sauce. In all my years I have never even been tempted to buy barbecue sauce at a restaurant. 90% of the barbecue sauce I get is because a recipe for beans calls for it. In fact I normally don’t even try it at restaurants. I don’t know what it is, but I left with a bottle of their sauce. Had it on salmon yesterday. It’s amazing.
The only ding I gave was for service. It’s a fast food service environment where you order at the front, and they call your name. I mean…how many stars do you give for McDonald’s service? It was fine.

Went today to pick up our deer processing order and it was myself and my 4 yr old granddaughter. Walked in and the young gentleman let me know he will get my order and meet me at my truck. He came out with 3 large boxes and politely asked me if I wanted him to put them in the ice chest for me. I told him that I would appreciate that. I figured he would just place the boxes in there. Nope. He opened all 3 boxes and put the meat in the ice chests for me. Now this is service. I asked how long he had been there & he told me 4-5 months. Dice deer season started. Keep this one Klein. Definitely a hard worker and great manners. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!! But told him that we would see him next year!!

Hands down the best BBQ in Boerne. I’ve given all the other local “favorites” a try and none of them compare. Klein’s never misses! Everything I’ve ordered has been amazing. On top of that, the staff is attentive, friendly, and fast. Always worth it.

Top notch & delicious!! Wonderful place to grab wonderful and tender fresh steaks, sausage and meats. But they also have expanded now and have a restaurant that has delicious tender beef brisket poor boy sandwiches, ribs, pulled pork sandwiches with side dishes. They also have a great shop to buy unique gifts and little of everything. Give them a try. You will be so glad you did!

I had the 1lb brisket AND ribs plate with Cole slaw. I came in 10 minutes before they closed. My brisket was cold. After RE heating it back at the hotel it was amazing. The ribs didn’t need any sauce I loved them. The smoke ring was present on everything and it was very unique. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

The meat here is awesome. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, meaty, and good variety. They offer hot poorboys, sliced meats, and have pre packaged seasoned meats they make there.
If you like bbq or just meat in general, you need to stop by.
Wth the friendly atmosphere/ staff, and small town meat shop feel, you’ll be leaving happy.

Im not saying all the food is bad but we had the smoked brisket burger and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Im not entirely sure what kind of meat was in there but it wasn’t brisket. It tasted like greasy chorizo. Their merch is cool though!
