Kkoki was a delicious and fun experience. If I could give 4.5 stars I absolutely would. My party went for the BBQ and the set we got came with some really good kimchi chigae and steamed egg. If i found myself there again I would try some stew entrees. The chigae was delicious and comforting. The Meats were fire! Top tier. I especially loved the Galbi! Service was swift and attentive and matched the low key vibes of the place. My only food con was the Banchan! Which is a big one for the cuisine. The Kimchi was good. Everything else just didnt really hit. The broccoli tasted like dirt, both marinated sprouts were kinda meh tasting. The pickled radish was perfect for wrapping the meats and it was delicious. Overall great experience at kkoki! Id go back for sure!

The meat itself was so good but service was not it and portions were insane for the price. In the past it was good portions for reasonable prices but i was very disappointed tonight. We ate the two plates we ordered and had told our waiter we were still looking to order more in a bit but she never came back to check on us and once we finished the plates she passed by and turned the grill off without saying anything. We stood up to leave and payed our bill on the way out. Highly recommend the Portland location if you’re looking for good kbbq worth your buck. Won’t be returning to this location, did not feel welcomed at all.

DONT GO HERE!!!! They charged us 58 dollars for the smallest portions! They literally gave us 4 pieces of broccoli lol and a bunch of rabbit food . A rat wouldn’t get full on what we ate . 58 dollars is crazy and when I brought it up they said it was definitely for 2 . Save ur money and go some place else

What a delicious experience this was. The quality of the food and service was some of the best I’ve had in a very long time when it comes to bbq restaurants. Would love to see this place popping with customers on the regular because WOW do they deserve it. Our table ordered the serves 4 option and an extra serving of the thick cut pork after some additional consideration. Don’t let the pricing fool you! It’s worth every penny and you get to take home your leftovers since it’s not an AYCE restaurant (who doesn’t want extras???)

We had a superb experience. Instead of picking through the menu, we chose the family style packages, which was the right thing to do. She essentially brought out the whole kitchen, giving us a chance to experience everything they had to offer. Spectacular cuts of beef that we are still talking about a week later. I praise for the staff.

I’m Korean and been to the best kbbq spots in Los Angeles. This is great quality meat. Ordered a la carte (there’s no AYCE): LA GALBI, BRISKET, PORK BELLY, each order of meat gets you a bowl of rice. Be prepared to gotta cook it yourself, get extra tongs.

Got egg soup, seafood pancake, all amazing. Ask for jalapeños and garlic and ssamjang it’ll level up your meats.

One green grape soju 🙂

$160 awesome price comfortably fed 3 hungry adults

The meat was fresh but the rest of the food was not as fresh as we would have liked and we were not given all of the normal sauces etc. that you would expect to have at a korean bbq restaurant. There is a parking lot at this location but it fills up quickly when they are busy. They no-longer offer all you can eat either, so if you pick three varieties – the price will be about the same. They have soju and beer but were out of the peach when I was there.

Fantastic and fresh combo options. The kimchi and other accoutrements were perfectly flavored. One of the best Korean barbecue places we’ve been to and very clean.

One of the better Korean BBQ joins in the Portland Beaverton area. The only thing that kinda weirds me out and does not make any sense is the fact that there are no greens provided, but you have to order it on the side.

This is mine and my husband’s favorite place to eat. Yes, there are only all ypu can eat BBQ, but the quality of meat and sides are 100% not the same.
Yes, this place can be a little pricey. We normally spend about $130-190 for the 2 of us. We always make sure to tip them at least $30-40 . You can not beat the quality. It’s all about preference. The restaurant is small, so I would not recommend groups larger than 5. There is a required tip for big groups. So if you don’t have a good amount of money to spend and an empty belly, maybe try something else.
