Great taste and quality for the price! I grabbed a quick meal before going to the airport. A very full, proper Korean meal. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to get Korean food.

This is one of the newer Korean restaurants in Buena Park. Went for lunch midweek. It’s almost a hole in the wall with fresh banchan and a wide variety of menus to choose from. We had the rib stew – kalbijjim, which serves 2 people. I wish the meat was just slightly more tender, but it was still very good. Highly recommend.

The seafood pancake was incredibly delicious. Such fresh ingredients. The green onions were crunchy and thick. The octopus, fish, and shrimp flavors were the right combination of salty and sweet. The egg batter just perfectly seasoned. And that outside crunch…it spoke to my soul.

Got the spicy pork and soybean soup combo for me and my wife—everything was super tasty. Portions were huge, so we only ate about half. Service was great, and the place was already busy when we went at 9 AM on a Wednesday.

Ordered the bean paste stew with short rib but it came with one piece of beef…. The stew was decent but felt like a ripoff

This better than a hole-in-the-wall in Buena Park is run by Korean grandmas who probably outwork your Peloton instructor. Open from sunrise to sunset, they dish up a grandma-sized menu of Korean classics – think stews, sizzling BBQ, and enough banchan to fill a kiddie pool. Skip the fancy K-BBQ chains for this spot – portions are generous, prices are decent (though inflation is a real bummer, even for kimchi), and parking is a delightful game of musical chairs.
Don’t be fooled by the basic sides – the real stars are the mains. I dove into the fish roe soup and oxtail stew, both bursting with flavor and guaranteed to leave you napping like a post-spa bulgogi. Clean digs, comfy seating, and impeccable restrooms complete the picture.
In short: This hidden gem is where Korean comfort food goes to retire (and still kick butt). Just bring your patience for parking and your appetite for grandma-approved deliciousness.

Ordered a seafood pancake to go. Was delicious with the dipping sauce. Their pancake is thicker than what I usually get from korean bbq spots but was still good. They also gave me their sides (banchan) for free even though they don’t usually do for that dish. The staff are a bunch of sweet Korean ladies, love the energy!
