The Sirloin steak sandwich is great. All the sandwiches are great.
Why not 5 stars? I went there with two deal vouchers ($5 for $10). One that I had bought, and one that my coworker has bought. The limitation were:
1 Voucher redeemable per visit
Limit 2 personal voucher available per customer per option
I know it’s not strictly within the 1 per visit rules, but since they were purchase by two separate people and I was redeeming them in two separate transactions I figured it would be fine. To top it off I only wanted to use $8 of the $10 on each voucher (one $7.99 sandwich on each voucher). They would not allow it and said that I could use one as my visit for the day, even though the rules say one per visit per day. The point of rules like these is so that if someone wanted something like 3 sirloin sandwiches, they couldn’t use 2 vouchers at once and only have to pay $4 more, they would have to buy two on one ticket (16-$10 voucher=$6 paid) and use the voucher for the second. That net’s the business 50% more than if they allowed the vouchers to be used on one ticket. But in my case I only wanted to use $8 of the $10 on each voucher. I argued with the lady and said I’d come back in 5 minutes and use the other one then, and she said no that I only got 1 visit per day. So I walked back to get my coworker and told her she had to go get her own sandwich because K&J was being ridiculous.
In the end we both got to redeem our vouchers, but since they inconvenienced us we both ordered a soda we didn’t want to exactly use up our vouchers instead of letting the extra $2 go. These daily deals are supposed to be a way to attract new customers that will return, inconveniencing people for no reason whatsoever does not make people want to return.
The sandwich was awesome though so I can’t give them a bad rating, but I won’t be making it a regular place because I hold a grudge and there was no reason to make me walk back and bring my coworker over to get her sandwich. Also they told me they would not honor the “one voucher per visit” rule and said I could not use a second one in the same day.

This is the best food. It is all made to order. sure you have to wait a little longer but it is well
worth the wait!! If you haven’t been there for lunch you are missing out big time! keep in mind it is take out. In the summer tables are set up outside so you can eat there.
