ribs were dry and far from fall off the bone. sausage was dry through and through, i squeezed the sausage and it was bone dry. i could tell before even ripping it apart that it was dry. potato salad, tasteless. mac and cheese, not fresh. greens, flavorless as well. it tasted like they were cooked with water and thats it. the food was not fresh. the freshest thing i ate off my plate was the bread. i even tried the kool-aid and it was viscous. too much sugar to the point where the drink was syrupy. mind you this is all after the fact that service was slow… and my table was the only table actually eating in there. i will say the lady who served my table was kind and i can appreciate that. but it also seemed like she was the only one working in there. i was highly disappointed in my experience and anyone who enjoys eating here obviously has no good taste for BBQ. as a GP resident, i was excited for a new BBQ spot. but this is not the place to go. save your money. i hope as time goes by the experience and food improves and maybe i can come back. but, its clear this place needs some TLC and tweaks to the menu. eating here is like eating at someones house whos just playing in the kitchen. the food is not worth $30 a plate. i wouldnt even pay $10.

I was in dire need of a home style BBQ. Mac was amazing and I don’t usually think of getting mac. I was a bit upset when I asked for ribs thinking it was beef ribs instead I got pork but man shoo! that meat was tenderrr! Even with a that mistake on my part I enjoyed every single bite we got messy with it 5*

Delicious BBQ…I went to their facility not the food truck because I wanted some good BBQ on the spot and they’ve delivered! Man the brisket beans was so delicious and the bbq meat and sauce hits perfectly. Going back again!

I was told that KJs was one of the caterers for a Grand Prairie Arts council event and their spare ribs were a huge hit. I was curious and went in for a bbq sandwich. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! My wife and I will be back. Look forward to trying the sides.

Ordered Ribs, asked for crispy and they came out dry and hard, banana pudding tasted like regular vanilla pudding. Overall, would not recommend or try again. Yuck.
