Amazing food. Loved the spicy tan tan noodles and the agedashi tofu. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth had a rich, comforting depth, while the tofu was crispy outside and soft inside. Portions were generous and beautifully presented. The staff were warm, attentive, and quick to help with recommendations, making the whole experience even better. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Definitely a place I’ll visit again soon. Highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic comforting Japanese flavors.

The ambience and service here are really good, and being located right in Redmond Town Center is definitely a plus. The servers (American origin) were friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable about the menu. This was only my second time trying Japanese food, so I can’t fully comment on authenticity, but overall the flavors were enjoyable.
We tried the Chicken Rich Ramen, Chicken Shio Ramen, and Chicken Karaage Japanese Curry. The broths in the first two were rich and flavorful, and the Japanese curry with karaage was excellent. The only downside was that the chicken in the ramen dishes felt a bit undercooked and bland—maybe adjusted for a non-Asian palate.

Wait time was about 20 minutes even on a Wednesday evening, which shows how popular this spot is. One small hiccup: servers couldn’t really explain the beers on tap. They only had two Japanese lagers (similar to Kingfisher), so beer lovers may find options limited.

All in all, worth a visit if you’re in Redmond and want to explore Japanese flavors for yourself.

We were looking for a relatively quick trip as we needed to head out in a short amount of time and this was the perfect place to go. We immediately were seated during the lunch hour, attended to frequently, and experienced great customer service. The food was delicious and a great portion size.

Been here at least a dozen times now. I always get the extra garlicky pork ramen, it’s always amazing. Super filling but not heavy. My partner has learned to use chopsticks since we started frequenting this place since he likes it so much. Sometimes we get sides: the potato croquette, renkon, both gyoza, and karaage are all great. Food is done very quickly, I think we’ve timed it being like 30 minutes from walking in to finishing food. The drinks are pretty good too. One of my reliable places when we don’t know where to go. Not sure how they could handle larger parties, the tables are set up for a max of 4 people but they can always squish them together. There’s also a few bar seats for solo dining and there’s always at least one empty spot. We usually eat at weird times but on occasion it will be packed in and there’s a short wait.

This location is a little small with a bar that can only seat about 4-5 people? The service was good, there was no wait, probably because they are really good at flipping tables so fast haha! We were a table of 5 and came on a busy night and there was no wait to get a table which was nice. Food was great, I always end up getting the same thing and it never disappoints.

We had a great time!
The Ramen bowls are huge, and delicious.
We ordered the “All Star Ramen”, with Chicken Kaarage, Reukon Chips, Takoyaki Octopus Dumpling, and a Mango Slushy and we loved everything. The meat was amazing, specially the Pork Belly.
The staff and service is great too. They are always there to help and it was a delight to interact with them.
We will definitely be coming back!

We biked from Woodinville to this area. Town center is really nice for combined recreational activity/food destination. Enough options for the family!

Ramen, overall satisfied with our low sodium broth and mix meat. Chasu was not great, chewy.

I had really good fried chicken/curry not far from here and found this to be average after that experience and was a bit less $. Not a fan but not a waste if you order this dish.

Note on my rating, sharing this as I believe some may assume a 3-star review indicates a mediocre experience.

5 stars: Exceptional! Outstanding food, service, and/or experience—well worth traveling for. (For example, we often drive from San Antonio to Austin just for Uchi.)
4 stars: Surpasses expectations in terms of food, service, and/or ambiance.
3 stars: Solidly good or meets expectations. I would revisit any place rated 3 stars or higher.
2 stars: Falls below acceptable standards for food or service.
1 star: Best to avoid.

Very nice place to get ramen in the east side area. The servings are pretty large and flavorful. There are a decent amount of vegetarian options available. You can also sign up for rewards in their app, which is nice. I got the vegetarian ramen and the fried lotus, which was so delicious! Overall a pretty good ramen place!
