I love coming here for my sushi. The owner is always bubbly and the food is always consistently fresh and delicious! The way they season their sushi rice is amazing and makes their sushi better than any I’ve had. Favorite rolls are: surf & turf and aloha roll

This place is wonderful, all the sushi was fresh and tasty. And we also tried the Korean beef bulgogi and it was so so good! Came with a lot of different sides and the sushi was served in a boat! The wait staff was very friendly, and courteous. They didn’t seem all that busy when we went which is a shame, this place deserves to be packed every night!
Each side of the bulgogi was served on its own plate which did leave no room at the table but that’d be my only complaint.

We went on a Friday night for dinner. We ordered a bunch of stuff to try out the menu because we had never been before. I think the rolls, sashimi, and nigiri are the way to go. The seafood hibachi was, but maybe not worth the price. The sushi was OK, but we ordered a roll and the description did not specify it was deep fried, which was a little disappointing. I think we’ll give it another try but stick with the sushi next time.

I enjoyed this little gem so much that I returned the next night. The food was beautifully presented both evenings. Service was friendly and gave excellent recommendations. And the decor was what you would expect from a fusion restaurant.
I had a sushi roll and a salad both nights. The salads are phenomenal. The sushi was very well made and drizzled with excellent sauce.
Boba tea with dinner!

Great decor, great ambiance with the piano. No player, programmed. The food was well presented and delicious. Expensively chic and kinda empty both time we went here.
Excellent as always. Huge dish, to share.
Coming back!

Nestled in a walkable location, parking is easy, and this restaurant is a great place to stop in for Japanese food. The menu is extensive and can meet your needs. All the sushi rolls we ate tasted great. We will be back to try the desserts and boba teas.

This place is amazing! We thought they were open until 9:30, but they closed earlier with COVID hours on the door. They seated us at 8:40 anyway and were genuinely welcoming. The sushi was delicious and fresh. They brought it out on a beautiful boat platter with a bunch of garnishes. We were truly impressed by their quality and kindness. Thank you so much!!! ❤️

Operates understaffed. The food has good flavor. While there, the table next to us had not been cleared from before we entered. The restroom wasn’t the cleanest, again due to being short staffed. The poor servers were practically running, but doing their best! Kudos to them! The rolls were rolled loosely!

Some of the best sushi you will ever eat! I can’t say enough good things about Kiyen’s Kamikaito in North Little Rock! I stopped in recently for dinner and was absolutely blown away. First off, no wait—seriously, not having to wait for a table on a busy night was such a relief. The vibe inside is perfect, too. It’s stylish but still cozy, making it a great place whether you’re out with friends or having a relaxed dinner for two.
Now, the sushi—wow! Everything was so fresh and flavorful, I could tell they put a lot of care into sourcing quality ingredients. I tried a few different rolls, and each one was delicious in its own way. The Kamikaito Roll was hands down my favorite, with this amazing mix of fresh fish and just the right amount of sauce to bring it all together. If you like a bit of heat, the Spicy Crunch Roll is spot-on—just enough spice to wake up your taste buds without being overpowering.
What really impressed me, though, was how every detail was just right. The rice was perfectly seasoned, and even the miso soup tasted like it was made with care. And let me tell you, the tempura was crispy without feeling heavy—a perfect start to the meal.
The staff was super friendly and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was great without being intrusive. All in all, Kiyen’s Kamikaito has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. If you’re in the area and craving sushi, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful athletic Japanese and Korean food. The sushi and sashimi fish was very fresh. The stone bowl meal was so good the sauce and the crispy rice that is turned s the food continues to cook in the bowl at the table.
