I got the chicken and rice in waltham and it was delicious! The rice had great flavor (just some pieces were a bit undercooked) and the chicken was perfect. For just $5 it was a great deal, would def go back. Based on the reviews ig the waltham location is better than the lowell one.

$22 lunch gets you ONE piece of chicken a small plate of rice & 2 fried dumplings and some Cabbage… Food taste blah seriously not happy with the portions spent 120$ here coworkers are complaining of bones in empanadas, fish tasting beef patties. I called and ordered rice and mac & cheese. I asked if the proportions could be considered on the larger size. I end up getting there and they were confused about my order, I was confused even more. There is no actual menu and you can feel the kitchen tension.
The food is great, however there is an issue with miscommunication every time I come here. I don’t feel I got my money’s worth. Total= $20

As a truck driver i drive state to state n try all different types of food and if its not the best I’ve had usually its still edible just not the best but the food I just got from here is by far the worst tasting food I’ve ever tried I couldn’t even finish it the jerk chicken taste like vinegar the rice and peas have no taste and the food smells spoiled . I can’t wrap my head around someone coming to eat from this place on multiple occasions

What a good surprise! We ordered takeout for 4 from waltham. Large portions and we like spicy food and this was nicely spiced, hot and flavorful. We had fish, pork, goat and chicken, all very good. Mine was the fish, never had curry fish before, but would do it again, spicy cod, never thought of doing that! Clearly a family run business worth supporting.

Disappointed and Overpriced – Not Worth It
I can’t believe they charged me four dollars for a Jamaican patty — and it was a frozen one at that. Total rip-off. I also ordered the lunch special: chicken in sauce with rice. The rice was bland with barely any flavor, and the chicken was extremely salty. Honestly, it had an old, almost off taste.
I had a serious craving for Haitian food that day, and this was a major letdown. Looking back, I should’ve just made the drive to Boston. Lesson learned.

From my experience,I would not recommend this place i got a griot fritay it was so nasty , i’ve been eating Haitian food but this is not Haitian food the pikliz smell bad and was very nasty the sauce was very very nasty once i opened the sauce the smell almost killed me

This place in Lowell Ma is disgrace to Haitian food all the food they post is photo shopped and the food is nasty they messed up people order all the times and they never pick up their phone. They already got banned from Ubereat now let’s see what DoorDash does.

Yesterday we got food from there for 100 dollars, let me tell u that food is totally nasty like nasty. 1it went bad and u have the odasuty to still sell the food. Legume nasty sauce poifs to liquid never mind the rice. Now was it real Haitian food the pikliz I have never seen like that and taste done even. I am not happy and i wrote this because I live to far to get my money back but I want ppl to know so they don’t waste a penny there.
