Truly enjoy Kiwami Ramen. The service, food and atmosphere is Fantastic! Our waitress very attentive since the moment we walked in was surprise by her eagerness to offer outstanding service. I’ve been here many times now, and every single visit has been a great experience. The ramen is consistently delicious — rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh, high-quality toppings every time. You can really taste the care that goes into each bowl.
The service is just as impressive. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent in both food and service. This has definitely become one of my go-to spots!

I have nothing bad to say about the food cause it’s great. Just the service in general . So my daughter had a phone order for lunch which she gets almost twice a week, but on this day 2/25/26 she got in a car accident so she called to cancel her order and no one at the restaurant answered the call. So she then proceeds to talk to the officer about the incident and then the manager calls back saying if she was gonna pick up the order which my daughter replies No because of her car accident. She tried explaining how she had already called the restaurant to let them know ahead of time to cancel the order but no one answered and the manager in charge says that regardless she still had to pay for her meal even tho she wouldn’t be able to go pick it up. The manager says they’re willing to drop of the food but my daughters lunch hour had passed so she wouldn’t have time to eat, obviously! So the manager the manager tells her that she still owes the meal regardless if she was gonna eat or not! Like what! Really? He’s worried about the $30 to $40 dollar meal while my daughter now has to worry about car damages! Not cool at all. And to top it off the manager says that they’re gonna block her number and basically black list her for not being able to get her lunch due to the accident. Which is kinda sad that the company losses money cause my daughter usually buys lunch twice a week there. Manager seems like he needs to be removed from the company!!!

Amazing customer service! I met the new management, Angelo was so attentive to my phone custom order. When I picked up my to-go order Danny and the rest of the staff greeted me, making me feel so welcomed. I love their food and the new management is outstanding. The only disappointment is that they don’t have a North Laredo location, they would be a hit in that area! Can’t wait to come again and have their vegetable ramen, it’s so delicious!

Then to be served by the general manager himself , Angelo very courteous, well mannered. He works on the floor along with his employees, who are as well mannered as he is. You can’t beat this experience whatsoever. And for the service , you will NOT find this in Laredo ANYWHERE!

Kiwami Ramen was great from start to finish. The servers were legit; friendly, attentive, and on point the whole time. The service felt natural and they made sure everything came out right. Angelo, the manager, was solid too. You can tell he genuinely cares about the restaurant and the overall customer experience. That kind of leadership shows. Great place overall
