This was my 4th visit to Kitzies for crab cakes. I am sorry to say it will probably be my last. The others visits were excellent!!! The crab cakes this time were baked bread balls with small slivers of shredded crab meat in them and 2-3 large lump meat on top, quite deceiving. Over half the crab cake contained unseasoned bread. We mentioned this to a very nice waitress who apologized but said the same person who always makes them had made these. Did not see this lady here today as usual, so I question if she made these. Prices increased, which was not an issue had we received the same product we were used to eating at Kitzies. Friends had told us they were there 2 weeks ago and had the same experience with crab cakes. Wish we would have listened to them.

Definitely won’t be going back there. Firstly, when you walk in you don’t know if you should seat yourself or wait. And secondly, speaking of waiting, we had to wait a long time for our meals.

Great service and very relaxed atmosphere. All of the food was definitely fresh. I had the crab cake cheese dip, and the surf & turf (medium NY strip and crab cake). I will definitely be back.

Wow that’s what you will say when you come here and taste the food. The service is good and the food is amazing. The seafood is great and so are the burgers and chicken tenders. You won’t go wrong with anything you order.
