We’re very pleased to have eaten in this restaurant when passing by through Kentucky! We were for the first time, only following reviews, to celebrate Valentine’s day and it was the perfect experience! Attention, cleanliness, presentation and flavor were 10/10. If you are looking for really delicious sushi, this is the place to go! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the rolls were perfectly cooked, and the presentation was great. It’s obvious that they really care about quality and details. Friendly service and fast cooking made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve tried in our area – highly recommended! And I sincerely hope that the quality of the dishes doesn’t deteriorate over time! Because I continue to be a regular customer!
It is also worth adding that in this restaurant the glasses, cutlery, tables and even the floor are very clean and not sticky to the touch. Upon entering and leaving, pleasant memories remain, and you want to return!

This place is amazing!!! It has great staff (shout out to Alex), great atmosphere and food. Has a good selection of music and very neat and clean bathrooms and dining area. It has a very unique atmosphere with mirrors and counterfeit vegetation all over, which makes your experience all the better. Though they don’t have a very large selection other than sushi it’s still delicious with baked crab being a favorite

We were driving from Knoxville to Noah’s Arch and stopped at this place. It’s such a great spot with very good sushi. We ordered 3 different kinds of sushi and I liked all of them but also I preferred a baked one. Highly recommend this place.

Guys, if you haven’t tried Kitto Yokata, what are you waiting for? The sushi (baked and non baked) is out of this world good. The owner has put a lot of thought into details and details are what separates the good sushi from the great sushi. Do yourself a favor, go get one of everything on the menu, cause if you don’t, you might leave disappointed you didn’t try everything like I did. Thanks for blessing our community with your talent and hard work (and superior sushi).

Walked in on a whim, walked out as a return customer! This cozy spot is a true diamond in the rough, and I hope to eat here for years to come. The vibe is immaculate and the owners are incredible. The sushi was fresh and delicious and the bubble tea was refreshing.

Delicious and big sushi, modern style of the restaurant, everything is very clean, very very very friendly owners, they recommend me baked sushi, and it was the best thing that i ate. They’re also playing my favourite type of music in the restaurant (house music).

Different take on sushi than Traditional Japanese, but amazing nonetheless! The owners are great people and will make sure you have a great experience. I really like their baked shrimp roll. Their boba drinks are also really good! Everything is made in house and you can taste the amount of care they put into it.
