Absolutely incredible breakfast here at kitchen and Vine. Was helped out by Thomas who recommended some amazing food for my girlfriend and I passing through.

He also gave me some amazing recommendations for our road trip.

Thanks so much! Definitely was amazing.

Do not go here. Asked for no tomato, instead got TONS of tomato we had to pick off our food. The menu never mentioned bacon on the salad, and I cannot have that. I tried picking it off but can’t risk cross-contamination so I wasted my money on a breakfast I can’t even eat. Ranch salad claimed to have fresh veggies but it was just romaine, onion and tomato. The side salad with the sandwich was higher quality.

Lovely cafe in Old farm house setting serving tasty, healthy, and well proportioned meals. You place your order inside at the counter and go find a table. When your number token is activated, you pick up your food from the service window (ingenious way of using an original sash window from the farm house!). Then you sit at picnic tables or at bar height counters to eat. The Barn tacos were the perfect amount of food – 2 street corn tortillas with scrambled eggs, roasted veggies, and a tangy chipotle aioli. Very good! Also got good reviews on the classic breakfast and the avocado toast (generous slice of what looked like homemade bread, and the avocado with some red pepper flakes for some zing). Added to our good ambiance was a low key guitar performer who did not try to overpower the open air space with sound. There were waves of people coming in for breakfast but it never felt crowded or busy so the rush was well managed by the staff. All in all, a wonderful way to spend Father’s Day breakfast!

Kitchen & Vine is a delightful spot that exceeded all my expectations! The dishes burst with flavor and freshness, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere makes it such a charming place to dine. The chilaquiles were packed with savory goodness, the lemon poppyseed waffles were perfectly balanced, and the avo toast—huge and absolutely divine—is a must-try. You can’t come here without trying the almond croissant warmed up, yum yum yum!!The hibiscus tea with a touch of lemonade was the perfect refreshing sweet treat. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

First time here! I was so wonderfully pleased when I got my order because it looked delish… and it was better than I imagined. I ordered a Burrito and Ice Tea and loved it!
Great people there as well!! Very attentive and kind.
The place is clean and cozy. You can eat indoors or outdoors! The sauces are very delightful tasting. Fresh as well. Even though it’s a 45 minute drive for me to eat here… I will definitely be making the costly trek to eat here often! Thanks for the terrific food and service!

10/10 must go! They have a kind, hardworking team, pastries that were DELICIOUS, and we loved ALL of our food! The breakfast burrito and carnitas breakfast bowls were a hit, and the avocado toast was massive. We loved every bite and will visit regularly!

First time at this cafe, the outdoor seating choices are so welcomed with the great weather we enjoy here in SLO pretty much year round. I ordered the breakfast tacos – tasty, generous portion that overflowed the tortillas and was difficult to hold without spilling – perhaps a larger (tortilla) or double stacked?
My friend had the turkey sandwich- again a generous portion. I was a little bummed that the choice of sweeteners for my coffee didn’t include a natural sugar substitute like stevia. I will def. Be back and try other menu items.

Very casual, fairly cozy vibe with some indie pop playing at a good volume, but not at all too loud. Didn’t realize it was an order at the counter service style which may have brought me in sooner for a quick lunch. The breakfast burrito was insanely good. Very smoky chipotle flavor with the tortilla and sauce. Creamy, cheesy, meaty, and rich, but not overly salted or heavy with the very fluffy eggs. I don’t usually go for salsa on it, but the finely minced pico was so good to sprinkle on it for some added brightness. The Arnold Palmer is worth mentioning due to the high quality flavorful tea and tangy sweet probably fresh lemonade. Affordable and friendly for its quality and quantity please support Kitchen & Vine.

Note: I have bitten one burrito half in the photo twice

Breakfast place that cannot get the eggs right is an automatic no. Potatoes were mushy, coffee tastes horrible, bacon a bit under cooked but eatable. Only a few inside tables, order at the counter, almost nothing to recommend this spot.

Green goddess salad had great flavor but a little heavy of the stems from greens. Corn tortillas were tough and while they had a ton of filling and it tasted great, the canitas burnt bits made it tough to chew.
