We came here last evening before a show at the Cabot. We had reservations at 5. We were greeted immediately and felt very welcomed! Excellent food and service! I had chicken that was so moist and tender over mashed potatoes and greens! In the south we would say it was “slap your mama good”! Hubby’s burger was thick and cooked to perfection and the fries were hot and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. For dessert hubby had a deliciously moist apple fritter and I had the creme brulee. I didn’t care for the pudding like consistency and lack of a crispy sugar layer on top. It tasted fine just wasn’t what I typically have. The other down side was the espresso martini. It was pretty weak and not very flavorful. The service was amazing. Our server was attentive but not intrusive. Actually everyone we interacted with was fabulous! Despite the drink and the creme brulee we would definitely go again and again!

The food was delicious. The menu was a tad limited for my taste but it was Valentine’s day. The service was pretty good up until the end. We called the restaurant to get the check and to go box. The hostess did get a kick out of it though since we were right near the phone.

I don’t understand what is going on with management anymore. Please consider this review momentarily invalid.

I am vegetarian, so although limited, the food was real. With such an intricate menu that partners with local hands, I had chosen Kitchen Table for a night of dishes curated with intention. The mushroom pasta entree that I had was so beautifully refreshing, and I was so glad to have come across such a cozy place with such kind people. 10/10 and speechless.

I am actually generous with the 4 stars.
To be fair, we dined here on previous occasions and the experience was better, so 4 is still deserved.
Today we had brunch and we left feeling underwhelmed. Pluses: staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was tasty, especially the Dutch baby.
Service, as others have commented on before, is however rather slow; we spent about 80 minutes there and only 15-20 of that was spent eating, and the only things that really had to be made was the Dutch baby pancake and a mocktail.
Pricing seems a little off on a few items too. Mocktail was good but very small, like half a cup at most for $9. Salad was fine, Dutch baby also. Chowder was also rather a small cup for $9, though delicious (apart from the weird crackers that are not crunchy and seem stale even if they probably aren’t). Lox was good, but was literally just slices of lox on a plate; no capers or any garnish.
Overall for brunch we felt the value was not great, even though the food was quite tasty.
I’d say it feels like kitchen table has the potential to be great, but is missing the mark here and there. I’d go back again though, certainly for dinner.
Edit: just fyi that for brunch/lunch they only have regular coffee, no espresso/cappuccino etc. Not a big deal to us though.

We celebrated my birthday with 40 guests at Kitchen Table, and it couldn’t have gone better. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and Molly and her team gave us their full attention throughout the afternoon. The prices were very reasonable. Everyone had a fantastic time, and many of our guests said they’re already planning to go back.

We had our 1st dinner at Kitchen Table last night and it won’t be our last! Delicious food and a nice wine list. The roasted chicken isn’t to be missed! Basque cheesecake was decadent and calorie worthy!

I took my mom for brunch and had an excellent time. The food and drinks were incredible and the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The restaurant itself was gorgeous with the color scheme and design. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.

The restaurant was excellent, and Jenny, our server, was attentive and friendly. The pork belly was absolutely amazing—so tender and full of flavor. The roast chicken was also a standout—crispy skin, juicy, and packed with flavor. Highly recommend!

This place is such a unique gem, I’m so glad we finally stopped in! The location off cabot makes it easy to miss but on the plus side, lots of free street parking nearby, even on a busy Friday. Our server was amazing and funny, plus extremely knowledgeable and accommodating for gluten-free. The restaurant interior feels warm and more casual, yet the food was seriously outstanding with everything made from scratch. We started with the pork belly and it was just perfect—even the sweet potato was delicious. I ordered the hake for entree and every bite was so divine. I’ve never seen Brussels sprouts prepared in such a way and the parsnip purée was incredible—I’d lick the plate if I could! We ended with the lemon creme brûlée and even the cocktails we tried were so creative and tasty. We’ll definitely be back!

We were disappointed. Was looking forward to a fun menu with dishes made with local ingredients, but all 4 are of the people in our party were disappointed. Mac and cheese had no real cheese. Chicken fingers were dry and dusty, Hake was cooked well, but the chard and delicata squash were not, burger quality was meh. Nachos used store-bought salsa. Caesar salad had store-bought dice-sized croutons.
