A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I made the drive from Dayton after making reservations ahead of our visit to Polaris Mall—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely impressed. The food, service, and ambiance were all fantastic.
Our waiter, Isaac, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He shared that all of their dishes are prepared from scratch, which made the experience feel even more special. The food was outstanding, and the service was just as exceptional.
The General Manager, Jessica, even stopped by our table to check on us. She was wonderful, and we made sure to tell her how pleased we were with our experience—and that we will definitely be back!
We started with the Cheddar Biscuits, Thai Shrimp, and Korean BBQ Cauliflower—each one was phenomenal. For our main course, we ordered the Teriyaki Ribeye and a salad, both of which were absolutely delicious. We mentioned that we planned to split the steak and salad, and they kindly plated everything on two separate dishes before bringing it out, which we really appreciated.
You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend—10/10!

Ordered lunch here today. After a recommendation from my bartender, I landed on the brunch shrimp and grits. It was delicious.
Grits were cooked to perfect consistency. The biscuit was super fluffy. The gravy complemented the grits perfectly. And they did not go light on the shrimp. Normally shrimp portions are so small, but here they give you a generous portion.
I also ordered a gimlet and it was made perfectly. So many bartenders make them too sweet. But this gimlet was not overly sweetened.
Solid experience and would happily go back.

Busy, hopping restaurant in Columbus on. Sunday morning. Had to wait about 20 minutes but so glad we did. Food was made to order so it was fresh, had the ingredients we wanted and we loved it. We had brunch and started with We the crispy Thai Shrimp appetizer and it was delicious! We were so hungry I forgot a picture but I did snap my yummy breakfast. Can’t wait for the Kitchen Social to open near me. Yum!!

Got the cheddar biscuit, shrimp pasta, fish & chips and a key lime pie.
Get the biscuit if you can, it’s crispy, flavorful and easy to eat. (We finished it before they could take our entree order) The shrimp pasta gave me a bit flavor fatigue but the taste was good. My counterpart got the fish and chips and respectfully they tasted pretty generic. I will say that the fish was really tender and fried very well, but overall there wasn’t anything that really stuck out to me.
Dessert was very yummy, but the starter and entree truly filled me up to a point that it was hard to throughly enjoy it in its entirety.
Definitely coming back. I wish to taste the whole menu before it’s updated.

We were searching for a good restaurant on Black Friday for dinner with friends and this stood out with the reviews. It didn’t disappoint at all. Classy vibes, attentive & courteous staff along with delicious food. What more can you ask for? Even the drinks both alcoholic & non-alcoholic mocktails were great. If you are in & around Columbus/Dublin, OH do try it out.

Kitchen Social is packed with great people and an even more palatial energy. This place is busy and for a great reason. The food and the staff who works here. We were able to grab two seats at their massive wraparound bar made of solid nickel and space enough o talk loudly while using all the grand gestures necessary to enjoy. The decor is that of ‘coastal’ yet on an epic way, oversized baskets, globes and even portal like mirrors made me feel that we were beachside and as if there should be a breeze. This cornbread was godly in its composition and apparently both cheddar and Honey were used in making its buttery skillet sizzle. The Korean cauliflower was amazing and big in portion and sweet in taste. I opted for the harvest salad as it has everything I need in this world ; sweet potatoes, walnuts and a light dressing. I did opt for goat cheese instead of blue cheese and think you should to. Thank you Kitchen Social, you are a perfect spot to meet a friend or have one last brunch before heading to the airport. Thank you all for what you do. We loved it!

Took my mom here for her birthday and we had a great time! Food was very delicious and everything we had was quality food! Prices were reasonable and service was very fast! Atmosphere was very nice and seems like a great place to go on a date or have a family meal! Our server was very sweet and was great at her job! My mom got the butter cake and she put a candle in it for her birthday! Cake was delicious definitely recommend! Will definitely be back here soon!

I’m currently pregnant and can only eat well-done meat. When I cut into my hamburger, I noticed a little pink. I usually don’t make a big deal about it and was prepared to just eat around it. But our waitress noticed right away and said, “No, you deserve to enjoy the whole burger — I’ll have them make you a new one.”
The manager personally brought out a new burger and fresh fries. She kindly asked me to cut into it at the table to make sure it was cooked perfectly, and it absolutely was.
The time, attention to detail, and genuine care we received meant so much. That level of service does not go unnoticed.

I love Kitchen Social. We always have great service s d wonderful food. It can get a little loud but it’s just people having a great time. My one wish list item would be more vegetarian choices. A veggie burger or tofu offering would really round out the menu.

KS is very recommended! We got in on a busy Saturday night for dinner in less than 30 minutes! The atmosphere is glam, everything from decors to amazing staff gives joyful vibes. We had multiple staff members stopping by and chatting with us like nowhere else! The presentation of food is exquisite and the taste will not disappoint! We got from famous appetizer to lobster bisque in a cup to main menu! Oh, the freshness, the seasoning, the sauce! With plenty of foods to try, we gave in and got their star desert! And we’re not disappointed! Kudos to our man Nico, who made our night special!
