Chicken and fish are very well seasoned and cooked well. I think the fish is Swai [White] fish. Really meaty fresh. Regular fries well seasoned cooked well l. I like crunchy fries so you they were cooked to the point I didn’t have to ask them to cook longer. Staff was helpful and always greeting people whonenter and leave. Definitely going back.

The KoK food truck came to school. It was only 2 of them and they were both very pleasant. I ordered the fried shrimp and fries. The shrimp were deveined, a nice size and had good flavor. The fries were yummy.

Great all around experience! From the moment I walked in the effort and friendliness of the staff was apparent. Including the hostess, waiter/bartender (yes. she was both. AND excelled at both), and the GM that I was able to speak to before leaving. Great atmosphere! Great food! Affordable! I could go on, but I’m getting hungry and I live about 30 minutes away. LOL.

Wings were amazing, service was fantastic, lost me at the southwestern eggrolls, those were freezer burnt gross spinach something disgusting that was nowhere near anything close to resemblance of a southwestern eggroll.

I was sad to say that my experience at KOK located in the mall yesterday in Lafayette was not welcoming at all. This was my first time at this location and let me just say the customer service is nothing like the location on university. The cashier didn’t greet us; our food did not come out until after 3 other customers who ordered after us came out; another employee came out to fill the punch up and he was not welcoming; it was just a total different atmosphere from what we were accustomed to. I’m giving 3 stars because our food was delicious, but customer service has to do better!!!!

The food and service were amazing. I would pick their wings over any place I’ve ever been to. Also the fries with the sauce and range are out of this world. 100% recommend everyone try them you won’t be disappointed

Stopped by for the first time after a UL game last night. Food was awesome but what really made the stop was the Manager ,Joe. Joe was very friendly talked with us for about 15 minutes, very professional you could tell he enjoys his job. KOK, give this man a raise or promote him to GM because I can guarantee you are not going to find a more dedicated partner, or worker than this man. WAY TO GO JOE!!!
