I gave it three stars. The wait staff is amazing Customer service bartender. She was amazing as well. The music is a whole vibe. Now let’s get to the food The shrimp and grits are good. The salmon bites are great but each time I went they were out of a lot of sides So I said just to forget the sides and I’ll just take the chicken and they served me burnt chicken. A little disappointed with the food. good thing the bartender makes great drinks. So I will go back for salmon bites, drinks and the atmosphere.

First time visiting with friends and the restaurant was playing smooth RnB music. Will put you in a good mood. The drinks are great and not that strong so you can enjoy them more. However, the food is a hit and miss depending on what you get. I like the fried fish but not so much the Salmon Bites. Overall I will visit again.

Chill environment. The mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and lamb chops were delicious. Drinks was good and right. The host was nice and waitress was great. I went on a Saturday. I’m guessing they got some new help in there. Glad I gave it a chance and went. I’ll be back.

Visited one day last week and tried the shrimp and grits and Blackened chicken with mash and mac and cheese. The restaurant is nicely decorated, great music from the Dj ( vibes 10/10). They didn’t have the appetizers we wanted to try so we skipped that. The grits were seasoned nicely but it was EXTREMELY greasy we had to ask for a bowl to drain the extra. The chicken was a bit dry but flavorful , the Mac was a bit curdled but cheesy enough. Food has potential – service was good.

Our server was attentive and nice fast and knowledgeable. The rasta pasta, catfish,and fried green tomatoes were excellent. The only issue we had was a few missing items from menu and the salmon bites were a bit dry. I’ll definitely be going back. They also sang Happy Birthday to me and gave me some ice cream!

The fish had a good flavor but it was not worth the price. Any cook would know if you burn the sweet potatoes you don’t serve them. Also how dare a soul food restaurant run out of corn bread when Pick & Save is 500 ft away. Catfish and one side $26. One and done.

Food came out looked amazing until you bit into it, it was raw and we had to send it back to the kitchen. The server was amazing. Right away she told us how long the wait might be but the food came out sooner than I expected to be. Only great thing in the menu was the salmon bite. So overall I could only rate it a two star. As we were getting ready to leave we seen a busser drop his rag on the floor picked it right back up and used the same towel that was dropped on the floor to wipe the tables down. SMH if that’s what they call disinfectant then that’s definitely not a place I would ever eat at again. It was not ok.

I place a Togo order the other night from here.. I order the catfish mac n cheese with the greens and a side of onion rings.. after I picked my order up I checked my bag in the car and noticed my onion rings were missing so I go back in to tell them I was missing the onion rings.. the girl who took my order said oh i forgot to ring them in , do you still want them? I’m like yes that’s what i ordered.. so she rang them up and they came out to $14 dollars and some change just for them to give me 6 onion rings.. there was no apologies given for the inconvenience for me having to wait longer while my other food was getting cold from her forgetting to put the onion rings in.. when I place the order she said everything back to me and still forgot to put them in.. here is the picture of the 6 onion rings that I paid almost $15 dollars for .. there was no accommodation at all..
