The food is absolutely terrific, me and my partner had the mussels and king prawns our first night and they were to die for. We splurged out on our second night and opted for the sea food boil the first time either of us tried one and it did not disappoint, the chef is warm and friendly and provides a great level of service especially being on his own. Cannot fault it! Would definitely recommend a visit, the extra touch of a rose and strawberries in Valentine’s Day made it extra special

No fault to be found here. Tasty food, quick service and kind hospitality. We ordered 6 different items on the menu and all were perfection. As someone who works in hospitality, it was refreshing to have simple but delicious food. We ordered the pesto salad, sea bass (crispy and delicious), burger x2 and chips, tiger prawns and mussels. Space inside the bar to eat, drink and play board games while you wait.

Jim’s food truck (currently on site at Woodlands Glencoe) was absolutely perfect. We tried the burger, shrimp, mussels, vegan Greek salad, and the haddock soup (we came back a second night after a disappointing meal elsewhere). Every single dish from Jim was excellent, and he’s so friendly. Jim also serves fresh breakfast rolls which looked great. It was also such a pleasure chatting with Jim while he prepared everything using really fresh ingredients. If you’re staying in Glencoe or anywhere nearby, this is a must-visit — hands down the best food in the area!

Got recommended the food truck by a local holiday home I was staying at. The guy working in the food truck was so friendly. I ordered the Guinness beef stew and side of chips to takeaway. It was absolutely delicious and piping hot. The chips were also delicious. Couldn’t believe how much beef you got and so tender. Would definitely recommend and would like to try other things on menu when back in local area.

Amazing food sorry I forgot to take photos before I ate. I ordered Whole Tiger Prawns with garlic butter, Iemon and Beef Guinness Casserole with horseradish dumplings. Both are so so so good, delicious! Hope I can come again and would like to try Haddock Chowder next time, because it is not available during my stay.

Can I say moist? Well I will. The Beef Burger was so moist it melted and the King Tiger Prawns in Garlic butter would.make me swim across a loch for. Would have enjoyed a little crunch on side to off set the richness but both dishes were flavoursome and we left as very contented customers . The Cocktails that were available that evening are equally worthy of a shout out and complimented the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere here

Jim and Lorna are honestly the loveliest of people serving some of the best grub I’ve had in a long time, this isn’t your average food truck, this is hearty, wholesome, tasty put you to bed soul food. The best food truck of our life. Definitely the best mussels, amazing haddock, tasty burger, delicious casserole. Went there twice and will probably go back to Scotland just to eat there . Check opening hours as it was opened 17-20pm when we went there.

The most incredible chowder I’ve ever tasted… with fish fresh from the loch. A perfect place to stop off for a stroll or very near a beautiful sauna. Perfectly seasoned, beautiful service and delicious!

First of all, We’ll go straight into how wonderful the food was. I had grilled seabass with a salad and potatoes. It was beautifully seasoned and it was a perfect amount. My fiance had the freshly caught local mussels And they were also beautifully seasoned where they garlic and cream sauce. Served in takeaway style boxes to be either eaten outside in front of the food truck or taken inside Just next door next to the bar area which was super cozy where we also enjoyed some cocktails. There were some music, some board games and staff were really friendly and accommodating! Shout out to the chef who was super sound and clearly a master at his job!
