This is our second time hitting the restaurant at the Darboy BP it’s called Comfort Kitchen, and today I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something different — Chicken Vindaloo.
Let me tell you… this stuff is AMAZING. If you want to know what’s in it, look it up — but fair warning, you better like bold flavors because it’s packed with a lot of them. They even gave me a sample of the sauce before they made my meal and asked me if I wanted more heat added. For me it was more than enough! We had our Christmas dinner yesterday and were looking for something for dinner tonight.
While we were waiting, they gave us a sample of their Masala Chai Tea ☕️. When it came out, I honestly thought it was creamy coffee, chocolate milk, or even hot chocolate based on how it looked. It was absolutely incredible. Again — if you’re curious what’s in it, look it up… it’s worth it.
The best part? We walked in, ordered, and were out in about 15 minutes. ⏱️
I’m so glad this place is here — the wife and I love Indian food, and they do it incredibly well, but they also offer much more than just that.
If you’re looking for dinner tonight and can’t find anything that sounds good, give this place a shot. The owners are extremely nice, very helpful explaining the menu, and the food combined with the service makes it an overall great experience.

Excellent Indian food. Full of spice, but they tailor the heat level to your liking. The chili chicken appetizer had a ton of flavor as did the masala sauce. Great Naan, too. You can’t really escape the fact that you’re eating in a gas station (the atmosphere and plastic utensils), so carryout might be advisable if you’re on a date or whatever. Super friendly.

If you like Indian food and you are situated at Kimberlry, Kaukana, Darboy and the neighbouring areas – I stumbled upon a quaint restaurant/popup inside the BP gas station.
I tried the steamed Chicken momo and it was delicious especially the sauce. Momo is kind of a dumpling with filling of any meat.
The service was great with the chef coming out and talking about the place – It started a month ago and has raving reviews on Google too.
Recommend- Gajar ka Halwa needs more sweetness
Do give it a try if you’re looking for Indian food at a great price.

Best Indian food I have ever had. They are very nice and accomidating, service was top notch. If you are not a heat spicy type with your food, don’t be afraid to try their dishes, they will make their dishes as you request with the heat level, and the flavor is unbelievable still. Portions are also very generous, I had enough for two meals. Give this place a visit you won’t be disappointed!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Between the delicious food, great staff, welcoming atmosphere, it’s an overall great experience. The Chicken Tikka Masala is THE BEST I’ve ever had. I will be back many times for lunch and dinner!! We love it here! The cook and staff are so kind, they give us samples to try, such as the Masala Chai Tea, and ask if the sauce tastes good or needs less/more heat. What a great team!! You HAVE to try their food!

This hidden gem is a must try! A friend recommended it to me and I am glad I gave it a chance, its one of the best Indian restaurants in the Valley. The food was unbelievably good, I got the butter chicken with samosas, garlic naan, and a mango lassi. The food was great but the customer service was top notch. The chef came out and talked to us and was very nice. He even gave us a complimentary dessert (gajab halwa) the dessert was amazing! The next time I am in town I will for sure be stopping here
