We went on a Thursday evening, and it was very chill with a great vibe. In my opinion, the customer service is second to none. We had the coolest waitress ever. The atmosphere is very comfortable. They brought our beverages and food out timely. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, onions rings, chicken wings, fries and seasoned broccoli. Everything was good. Chile – anytime you can count your fries. . . That’s a problem! When they brought my fries, I had to ask “where are the rest of ‘em”. Bruh in the back must’ve eaten some of them. Nonetheless, my sweet waitress hooked me up. We had such a nice experience. We gotta make sure and help our black-owned businesses stay in business! Go and enjoy!!!!

My margarita was freshly made and on point(not too sweet or sour and I tasted tequila) The shrimp taco was so yummy but the sauce put it over the top. However, the chicken pastelillo was like none I’ve ever had. It was Hot, fresh, crispy and creamy at the same time. The cheesiness is what took it up a notch for me. I will definitely be back to order more good looking items off the menu that caught my eye. I can’t wait.

We went to celebrate my sister in law so our group was a mix of adults and children. First of all, it was a Sunday early evening and they only sell adult meals and soul food dinners. They do not serve anything off of their regular menu or kids meals. The vibe is good. The music is good, the service was good but the food is subpar. When ordering the server starts off by saying what they’re out of and what’s available, which is far. By the time we got to the fourth person to order, she stated that that person couldn’t order sweet potatoes because they only had enough for two people at our table and an order for the table near us. Once the food came, they shouldn’t have served yams to either of us. They were cooked very long to the point where the sauce appear to be very sticky and dark in color (very disappointing), the greens were super salty, overly seasoned with paprika and garlic, the “catfish” was not real catfish. When asked how was the food, we replied with “ in the future please do not serve yams that look or taste like these”, the waitress said that “ I don’t cook so I don’t know what they should look like!”. Then once I asked, what are the greens seasoned with”, I was told that she could bring out the cook and I could ask her! At this point, we asked for the bill, paid and left. As a first time customer, the service and food was very poor. This is my first time, eating and dining at the restaurant but not my first time coming there. I attempted to eat there in the past but both times they were “out of something”! I can said that I tried to support Kitchen Eleven but I will not be back. Update: my granddaughter woke up in the middle of the night throwing up greens. I’m for sure will never go back because they keep their food in the warmers all day. The images are a true depiction of how long they allow food to sit all day. Yams should never be this dark and the greens were super salty as if they continued to add seasoning throughout the day. I would recommend that if you’re going to support this business, go when they first open for the day. We went around 4:15 PM and this is what we were served.

The atmosphere is dull and it doesnt have a cozy feel to the place.
The service was horrible with a waitress that was not knowledgeable about the menu or the food. She had to keep going to get the owner or during conversation often saying she had to talk to the owner.
Upon arrival had to wait 10 minutes before someone recognized that we were there and had seated ourselves, no greetings upon arrival. Waited 39 minutes for the food and when it came half the order was wrong, waitress apologized saying she put in the wrong order. Ordered lemonade and waitress explained it was the last of the lemonade and owner was making more, but if I didn’t like what she brought out she would give us some of the fresh lemonade being made. So after all that we decided we didn’t want anything from this place and would never go back again. Bad 1st impression!! You only get one chance!! Owner came to the table and asked why we didn’t want the food after she cooked it, very rude! The whole encounter was a mess!! And too you can only order off the brunch or breakfast menu on Saturdays, no veggies at all, only rice, grits, or smothered potatoes as a side and that’s it. Oh, because they are prepaying for Soulfood Sunday, no veggies as a side, never heard of such!!.

Be aware when you enter this place you don’t know if you’re supposed to seat yourself or a waitress will seat you. I think a sign would help a great deal I did go on a Sunday which was their soul food bowls. It was packed and they only had two waitresses for the entire restaurant. they told us it would be 15 minutes for them to clean off the table which turned into more like 30 to 40 minutes. there were people that came in after us and end up leaving but waiting forever. Then there were people that came and set themselves and got food and drinks before my family did. they definitely need more staff and people helping cleaning the tables because the waitresses had to do both which made the wait longer they lost a lot of customers because people were leaving in drones because of the customer service. I do have to say the food was very delicious 10 out of 10 I went back on a less busier day which was Tuesday and it says it is open however when I arrived it was closed I believe the menu is different for each day. another issue is they had the regular menu on the table however you can’t order it on Sundays I don’t know if I will come back here

A Group of us stumbled up on this place. We were celebrating my granddaughter 21st Birthday. It’s a Cozy & inviting atmosphere. The Service was Great! Tangie was our server. Since this was our first time there. They made an Awesome impression! Tangie explained the type of foods they have for each day of the week. The food was Excellent! Everybody can’t do Chicken & Waffles! The waffles were huge and hot. Chicken was seasoned to perfection. Everyone in our group was very pleased. I’ve found a new place to go. Not to mention they were playing music. We could not hardly eat while enjoying music. Singing along. It wasn’t all that vulgar music. It was just a Vibe for The All Day Brunch on Saturdays. Lastly the Mimosas was on

I went there for the first time today with a friend and we have no complaints at all! The food was like I mean and the sauce that the owner made for the salmon croquet is top tier and I highly recommend it. Oh and the music was on point!!! I had scrambled eggs, salmon croquet, grits and hash browns… … my friend had catfish and smothered potatoes and he ate and left no crumbs! 10 out of 10

I went here yesterday (9/7/25) I had the smothered turkey chops with the mac and cheese and yams. The yams were good. The mac and cheese was dry boxed macaroni with parsley flaks with no salt and not pepper. My turkey chops were all bones which I understand they cannot control. My husband had baked pork chops, dressing and mac and cheese. His dressing were LITERALLY smashed Mexican tamales. I’m not sure who they think they are fooling. They only been open for 5 months and they have alot of work to do. Maybe starting with a NEW cook will help. Our waitress was AMAZING though.

They were so kind and welcoming to me and my elderly father. They made him coffee when they don’t even serve it because he asked nicely. The food is amazing too!
