I have to recommend Kitau Sushi in Silver Spring!
I went to check it out with two friends and we had a great experience. Their sushi is really good, the menu is complete, and the staff was excellent , they’re very attentive. I would recommend it to everyone who loves Brazilian-style sushi and misses it, you should definitely go try it. It was our first time there, but it definitely won’t be the last!

I recently visited Kitau Sushi and it truly went above all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, you can feel the care and attention that goes into every detail.
The sushi was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every roll was perfectly balanced, and you can genuinely taste the quality of the ingredients. Nothing felt rushed or ordinary. Everything tasted thoughtfully prepared.
What really stood out to me was the team behind the counter. The sushi chefs clearly take pride in their craft, and you can see the precision and dedication in every roll. Jessyca, the owner and sushi chef, is incredible. She is very hands-on and makes sure everything is done with excellence. You can tell she truly cares about the quality, the presentation, and the overall experience.
Their all-you-can-eat option was amazing, with a great variety and consistent quality throughout. We also tried menu-only items, and those were just as impressive. And to top it all off, the sweet options were delicious, the perfect way to finish the meal.
Definitely a place I would recommend 100000%. Easily some of the best sushi I’ve had, and I’ll absolutely be coming back.

I honestly don’t even know where to start, KITAU SUSHI is amazing. This is, without a doubt, the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. Everything tasted so fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving.
The people who work there are just as great as the food. Everyone was super nice, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is also really nice, cozy, and calm.
