I’ve been searching for a new sushi spot in the SGV for the longest time and the search is finally over! Thank you SGV Eats for showing me this place. The sashimi was so fresh and the cuts were nice and thick! Everything was delicious, we ordered a few rolls but forgot to take a photo. Anything with shrimp in the rolls were amazing because it was fried to perfection with not too much batter like other places. Can’t wait to try the other dishes here!

Stopped by for lunch and ordered the salmon don. We were greeted by Paul the head chef and he was very welcoming and friendly.
Fish tasted very fresh and the portion was solid. Definitely plan on coming back to try some of their rolls.

The saying “quality you can taste” didn’t make a comeback until I visited Kitaro! Sushi was so fresh. I’m definitely coming back and trying other dishes they can offer. Service was great. The servers brought out hot tea and edamame soon after ordering. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but it still came out within a very reasonable time. Especially, given the fact that we came during the dinner rush. The shrimply irresistible was my favorite and the scallop nigiri!

They do NOT have authentic Japanese food. Other than that, good service and fresh food.

July 22, 2023. First time here. The owner said it’s only been open for two months. My favorite is the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu beef. I glanced at the menu, it’s $105, and I guess with tax, it’ll be around $130. I’ll definitely come back to eat here at least once.
Today I ordered a Japanese ramen, which cost $16.53. Because I got off work late, I came to buy dinner delivery to eat at home. They have staff who speak English, Japanese, and Mandarin. The staff are all very friendly. While I was standing and waiting for my food, they even poured me a glass of water. The food smelled delicious, and the sushi looked very well-made.
The decor is very elegant, very Japanese! I’ll definitely come again!
