I guess this place changed ownership recently, because the portions of the pepper steak and rice were really off. The regular pepper steak order was HALF(skimpy) of what I would normally get, but I got a HUGE side of rice, double of what I would normally get. There were unfamiliar cooks behind the counter too. I didn’t think to take a picture of what I got but I was disappointed to say the least. For their price of their food they want, it wasn’t at the level, quality and portion it was before.
