Placed a to-go order, 1 Kadai Panneer and they gave me panneer starter. Such a disappointment. And other was given in a bowl (dry item bowl) that spilled oil all over my car. Will never go back to this awful place. I wish I could rate zero star. These ppl just taking customer for granted, dish is made with sauce and it tastes like Maggie tomato ketchup.

The food taste- authentic. Service-polite. I asked for carrots server politely said they were unable to add carrots. Atmosphere-no thrills. Restrooms needed attention in all areas. Overall, the portions were filling and rhe server accommodated us with takeout containers. Highly recommend for authentic Indian cuisine.

I wish I could have star less than this. We ordered our food to go and when I opened my food the salad that we ordered only had onions in it. I don’t understand if we want only onions in salad why should we order that on restaurant when they have farmers market on the other hand of their restaurant. That’s so cheap of this restaurant they are just taking people money for no reason. Start boycotting such restaurants so that they can learn the value of people money.

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch (~3PM) – we were the only customers in the place. Overall it was a mixed bag. The waitress was cool and not very attentive. Food was just OK. I had the Lamb Saag and it was very salty, so not that enjoyable. It was above room temperature, but by no means hot. Our garlic naan was barely warm. My wife’s Lamb Rogan josh was good, but not worth the price difference between her dish and mine. Again nice and warm, but no where near hot. I must say though, the lamb in both our dishes was very, very tender!
So between the staff and the barely warm and salty food – would I go back? Probably not. There are a lot of really good Indian restaurants in SoCal, and for $55 for lunch for two (we only had water too) – I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

We had a great experience at Kissan India Cuisine. The service is amazing, and the restaurant is very welcoming. We celebrated our friend’s birthday party . I absolutely recommend it.

Absolutely inexcusable. Ordered Butter Chicken Curry takeout. Get home. Nothing but Tofu in my dish. Acting like I wouldn’t notice cause I check due to allergies I have that are in tofu. Yall looking for a lawsuit? Typical for spots like these i go to.

I recently visited Kissan Indian Restaurant for lunch and had a mixed experience. The restaurant offers a warm welcome, with an Indian lady greeting guests upon arrival. The decor is pleasant, and the environment is clean. However, one major downside was the excessively loud Punjabi music, which played continuously and made the dining experience less enjoyable.
The food quality was disappointing. The biryani was far from authentic—essentially yellow rice with an overwhelming amount of cloves, which overpowered the taste. It was served with raita, though the flavor was unremarkable. The lamb curry had a good texture, with well-cooked lamb chunks, but it was overly soupy. The chicken malai kebab was flavorful and one of the better dishes. Unfortunately, the roti served was more like a paratha, and naan was unavailable at lunch.
One of the most off-putting moments was when the server placed the lamb curry on the table, and her fingers accidentally touched the curry inside the bowl. The bowl was also overly full, making the presentation messy and unhygienic. This was quite unappetizing, and I lost my appetite afterward.
Overall, while the restaurant maintains cleanliness and offers some decent dishes, the lack of authenticity in the food, poor presentation, and questionable hygiene make it a place I would not recommend or revisit.

The food was absolutely perfect and the highlight of the visit. Service was quite slow, which took away from the experience. The atmosphere wasn’t very appealing, but overall the meal made it worth it.

Best tandoori chicken I have ever had in my life. I have had tandoori chicken at many different places, and this is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The service was spot on, the food was hot and delicious. Greater experience we ever had with Indian food! I also had the butter chicken, and the garlic naan bread… Just an incredible experience overall!

Nice calm little spot here in Fontana. Food was delicious, my husband and I were in love with the pakora and samosas (which were pretty big). The chicken tikka masala was presented beautifully and was full of flavor. If I could give this place a 10 I would. Great spot for a date night. No picture of the samosas sorry, those went too fast. Ritika was very sweet and friendly. They celebrate their 2nd year anniversary tomorrow (8/2) so people show them some love ❤️
