This is a restaurant where you can eat authentic Japanese ramen! I had the shoyu ramen and pickled plum rice ball and it was delicious! Everything so delicious!
I was surprised to find a place in Arkansas where you can eat authentic Japanese ramen. The chef and employees are Japanese. The trailer where they work is very clean and hygienic. There is a detailed description of each ramen. You can read this to know about the types of ramen. They don’t just serve ramen. They also serve tempura, rice balls, char siu, gyoza and boba tea, which are typical Japanese dishes. Other main dishes besides ramen include char siu donburi and tempura donburi. This is a small restaurant, but they offer a lot of delicious Japanese food.
It was very cold when I visited, so I ordered a hot sencha tea, which was also very authentic Japanese strong sencha and was very delicious. He told me that this tea is from Shizuoka, the tea producing region of Japan. The ramen is authentic Japanese, as are the dishes and drinks they offer. This is a rare shop worth visiting. I will come here again soon. I highly recommend this ramen!

I am so impressed & happy to have found Kiso Ramen! Everything I have tried has been delicious from the Hot Matcha to the Otsumami Chashu! There service is excellent, they are very attentive to their products & the owners are super friendly

I have probably had 10-12 bowls of ramen from here, their broth and noodles are both made by scratch. I haven’t had a single bad bowl of ramen yet. Everything on their menu is made from scratch by 2 a father and son duo from Japan, the guy at the window is a younger white guy and I’m pretty sure he’s atleast part owner.
10/10 everytime, and easily the best ramen in Arkansas.

Just got back from a great lunch at Kiso Ramen. My partner and I were blown away by the flavor, and the quality of the ingredients. I am very particular about my ramen, and this is easily the best in Arkansas. The customer experience was phenomenal as well. Both of the mangers of the food truck were so kind, and even gave us some Japanese candy! We will be back!

After living in Japan for 3 years, I can confirm Kiso Ramen is great Japanese ramen! The Miso ramen was really tasty and filling. The gyoza was delicious. All of the packaging and utensils made it a super easy meal to takeaway and eat at home but not spill in the car on the way. I also called ahead so my order was ready when I arrived which saved me some time. Will absolutely be returning!! Arigato gozaimasu!

A really enjoyable experience. The food is really good, Ramen full of flavor. The matcha tea is a must. Was given a tea ceremony and got to try the sencha both were expectational. The customer service is great and add up to one of the best food experiences in Arkansas.

what seemed like a normal night trying a new restaurant, me and my boyfriend were delighted with the amazing customer service and food from Kiso Ramen. The Tantanmen ramen has a rich, deep flavor that builds as you eat it 🙂 The rice ball + tempura were delicious too, but the real star of the show was the matcha tea ceremony (ask for matcha, only the tea). Traditional and immersive, the experience we had at Kiso Ramen is one we’ll be returning to!! 😀

I was in Japan for the Marines for some time. This was the most authentic Japanese experience I’ve had being in the states. The ramen was fantastic and they even brought out Matcha for us to try and they were very respectful. Will come back again and again and again.
