I was passing through and had to find somewhere to work for a few hours – I cannot recommend Kismet enough!! All of the staff was so lovely, the coffee, matcha, and chai were all unique and very good, and I left buying a small vase of beautiful flowers! Truly a treat I wasn’t expecting. A must-visit if in town.

This place is DEFINITELY a Vibe!!! If you want great coffee, lattes, and beautiful spirits, atmosphere and ambiance, you HAVE to check out Kismet. I mean, coffee, and fresh beautiful floral bouquets!? The inside is absolutely divine! You can be having the absolute worst day ever and walk into Kismet and all of a sudden all of your worries, or anger or anxiety will just leave you and melt away. Welcoming smiles, and genuine conversations are just a few of the amazing characteristics this place brings. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs up!! A MUST SEE spot if you’re in the Cedar Rapids area.

I’m visiting family from Australia ( we know our coffee) and the baristas make a well balanced flat white to perfection. The friendly laid back service is giving & the decor? Stunnin’.

Loved the coffee, so much. We even got one to go. They did not have many food options, but their coffee was a 10 out of 10. They also had some flowers for sale, beautiful place. They also had coffee flavors I had never seen before.

Going out to get a coffee is about taking a pause. Or a few to chat with some friends. This place is perfect for that. It’s in a small house, with indoor and patio seating. They also sell flowers so it looks and smells wonderful in there.
My cortado was great but it was the atmosphere that gets it 5 stars. Employees super nice too!

I’m only in CR on weekends but every weekend I make sure to visit Kismet. The workers are so kind and welcoming everytime, even suggesting which home improvement store I should go to that day. My boyfriend and his children also loved the shop when we all went. I’ll always recommend!

Cutest coffee shop/flower shop ever. It smelled so good inside with all the flowers. The Turkish delight iced coffee was delicious and they make the pistachio rose syrup in house.

My wife is a regular, borderline addict. I did not believe the hype. Then on a beautiful Sunday, I went. I ordered the milk blend pour over, arguably the best coffee I have ever had. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a premium cup of coffee.
This place provides a nice relaxing place to work, and the employees offer great conversation.
The only thing I would recommend them to add to the menu is breakfast sandwiches.

The cutest place to get coffee or an arrangement of flowers for someone special. I’ve been here multiple times and it gets cuter every time. Friendly staff, a menu that is always being updated, and some of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Bonus that they have an adorable upstairs boutique with cards, candles, etc.
