This place was absolutely spectacular! R
The sushi is amazing, the teriyaki steak and chicken was a huge portion and we even saved some room to try the fried rice cream. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, the staff was kind and quick. Their bar is fully stocked, but we didn’t have any. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. Worth the drive to try it!

We mostly come here for sushi and it’s always phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in. The chefs are so talented. We never have anything but a wonderful experience here! Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kisho Japanese Restaurant, and my experience far surpassed my expectations from a previous visit several years ago. The attentive staff expertly managed our stroller amidst the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere. The culinary creations were truly exceptional, justifying the reasonable price. While there were unforeseen shortages of wine and beer due to the enthusiastic weekend crowd, the staff promptly resolved the matter. The ambiance was perfectly suited for intimate conversations among a small group, maintaining an ideal balance between not being overly subdued and not being excessively boisterous. Kisho Japanese Restaurant is wholeheartedly recommended, and I look forward to returning for another enjoyable dining experience.

I can only speak for the sushi, and it was just OK. Nothing to write home about. I feel it catered more to an American palette, so those who seek a traditional or authentic sushi restaurant may not be satisfied. There was a confusing mishmash of Asian decor ranging anywhere from Chinese lion dogs to Naruto. Service was great, no complaints.

Wow! Those gigantic balls of fried ice cream are bomb! It’s tempura ice cream on the menu. I chose green- tea- flavored ice cream, fried in this yummy tempura mix. The tempura coating came out crunchy and flaky. I don’t know about you, but it was flavorful and the mix of different textures was a good experience. Each ball of fried ice cream is bigger than my fist, served two of us. One order may serve 4 unless you scream for ice cream.

My wife has been coming here since she was 6 months old. Shes old now, so a very long time! Lol. I’ve been coming for a couple years and I have to say, this place is pretty awesome. I recommend checking it out!

I had an amazing time here! The food was delicious and fresh, and the chef was very funny and made us laugh. We loved our time here. The atmosphere was also awesome and it was so fun. But, I had to give this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5. Basically, the whole group has to be there to be seated. We came in, and all of a sudden our five minute wait turns into a 20 minute wait. It was really confusing trying to get seated. I would come again for special occasions

This restaurant has the best authentic Japanese cuisine I have ever eaten. The servers Are extremely attentive, Professional and understanding of any special requests Or substitutions.
I cannot recall ever being to a restaurant in the Santa Clarita Valley. Yet alone, anywhere in Southern California That has as wonderful, wonderful management as this location does.
All of the chefs at this location go above and beyond to provide absolutely wonderful cuisine, in a comany special requests, or Cater to the individuals, dietary needs/requirements.
Some may say, this authentic Japanese cuisine restaurant is the most pricey In the Santa Clarita Valley, and to an extent I can agree ,( Beig as I am not wealthy by any stretch)… However, if you have ever worked in a restaurant personally and understand completely How a restaurant should operate like a well Oiled machine, With employees displaying the utmost professionalism. I must say, very strongly The extra $15 to $25 spent per person & Having appreciation for Restaurant staff That actually put their heart and soul into all they do.
I would say, The money was very well spent.
