We ordered the sashimi and nigiri, and everything was delicious. The nigiri was my favorite, it was extremely fresh and honestly the best I’ve had. We also tried the salmon kampachi, which was amazing. The sauce was really good, and the salmon was very soft.
We sat at the sushi bar, and both the chefs and our waitress were very welcoming. The service was excellent and made the whole experience even better. This has become one of my favorite sushi restaurants, and I’ll definitely be back to try the rolls and other sushi.

Just discovered this little gem and I already know it’s going to be my go-to sushi spot. I had the sashimi combo to share with a friend and the cuts are amazing, the portion is great and everything tasted super fresh. Everything was beautifully prepared. My favorite was definitely the crab hand roll as an appetizer, it’s so simple but sooo good. Service is top-notch and made our experience feel very warm and welcoming.
Already looking forward to coming back when the sushi craving hits.

Today, my wife and I wanted to Valentines early at Kisaku because it reminded us of when she took me to sushi for Valentines 15 years ago! We were very excited and came 15 minutes early for our reservation! As there were only about 5 tables seated, they got us seated before our reserved time. That being said, once we were seated and water brought to our table, we weren’t greeted by our server for about 20 minutes. My wife who never mentions anything about service, saw a table behind me get seated after us and still was greeted and orders taken before us. I do not mind slower service ever if we came during a busy time, if all tables were full, but this was not the case. Our server eventually came, did not apologize for the wait and continued. When it comes to the food, I can tell that things are cooked with fresh ingredients. The fish itself were not fishy, fresh and good. However, the rice was quite dry. The ramen, I highly do not recommend. The egg is actually incredibly well made. Perfectly runny and fresh. The noodles were overcooked and the soup was extra salty. Flavor of garlic is there, but the sodium itself was overwhelming my whole meal. I was chasing my ramen with my fresh sushi at that point. Overall, the vibe of the restaurant is nice and cozy, but I would not recommend coming here for the price and quality.

It was our second time visiting this place. Service is very friendly, food is delicious and tasty sake as well.

We ordered Agedashi tofu, Oyster, Sashimi combo large, and Richard Roll. All were very tasty.

Price is also reasonable with a decent volume. We will definitely visit again.

This place is insanely good and honestly affordable too! For the quality of the cuts of fish, the price is amazing. Service was great and vibe inside is very chill and nice. 100% will make this my go to local spot!

INCREDIBLE experience! First of all, I messed up on our reservation (we needed to add 2 seats to our already large party of 8). The person who sat us received this request (somewhat panicked on my end as I didn’t want friends arriving to feel unwelcome with my error!) with such kindness and made the need appear effortless. Our server was INCREDIBLE. They proactively got our check separation requests in order and orders taken. The sushi was AMAZING and the specials were great! We were a chatty group being the last to leave the restaurant. Everything was amazing from start to finish. This was the first time our friend group was able to get together since October and we had the best time–thank you for your hospitality, Kisaku Sushi!

My wife and I got omakase here during lunch on a Friday. This was to celebrate her birthday, and I was so so sooo glad to have found a place that offers it outside typical dinner hours!

The staff were very friendly. The new owner, Chef Sam, guided our omakase experience. He is so pleasant to chat with! The fish served was fresh, handled with care and thoughtfulness, and all of it made a delicious omakase experience!

Thank you for making our experience unforgettable, plus, the free dessert!!!
We will always recommend this place!

Having come here for over a decade, I can confidently say this is one of the best sushi restaurants in Seattle.

From the moment you are seated, you are warmly greeted and given a hot towel (oshibori). The quality of the fish blows competition out of the water in taste and price.

I recommend either coming in at opening for lunch (for the best sushi value in the city) or making a reservation for dinner to try their omakase and a few shared plates.

I picked up take out, which was ready at the time promised. I was early, so I waited outside – they were very nice and brought the order out to me.
We bought a variety of rolls, salads, and a salmon collar. It was all well prepared and very tasty, with subtle flavor details that I look for in a good sushi place.
At quick glance the dining room was very relaxed, open, and welcoming including for families. I’d love to eat in sometime.
