Definitely a Japanese restaurant you’d want to return to. If you’re looking for a great Japanese restaurant around Clark, this is the perfect place to visit. The food is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and the overall dining experience is truly satisfying. They also offer teppanyaki, which makes the experience even more special and memorable. Highly recommended!

Food was fine. Good enough. But just be wary that the VAT and the service charge are not included in the price indicated in the menu. There’s a very small fine print at the bottom of the menu, which you wouldn’t notice much while deciding your order, so you might be surprised once you get the bill.
They do have private rooms for small groups, subject to availability.

Worst waiting time I have experienced in a restaurant. We have been waiting for 1 hour for our order to arrive. At first, their QR menu does not work properly. It does not show pictures of the menu. Second, the staff are unattentive to their customer orders. We had to call the attention of the staff multiple times to place our order. In all fairness, they are apologetic for the inconvenience of waiting their customers had experienced.

Solid Japanese restaurant located around the Clark Parade Grounds. Parking is behind the restaurant and spaces are plentiful. The exterior and interior are very well designed to exude the look and feel of a Japanese restaurant. There are tables that replicate traditional tatami-style eating, but majority of the tables follow Western-style seating.
The food choices are well curated. Based on the prices, it looks like they really source quality ingredients for their menu. Worthy to note is their Unagi (Eel) . It’s pricey but it’s a must-try when you eat here.
They have a decent selection of sushi and sashimi so you’ll be able to pick your favorite fresh seafood. The other items in the menu are great too. Their tempura is light, airy and has that satisfying crunch that you look for in tempura. The ramen broth is rich and flavorful and the noodles are served to the perfect chewy consistency that you expect.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful so expect to be pampered from the minute you step in up to the time you leave.
The only reason for my 4-star rating is that a lot of what we wanted to order was not available. However, everything we did order was A-grade and delicious.
Try this out. You won’t regret it.

We had a great experience dining at this Japanese restaurant! The food was delicious and offered great value for its price—authentic flavors and generous portions. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of.
The only downside was that there were a few flies inside, which was a bit annoying. However, the staff provided a candle glass fly repellant, which helped a lot and showed their commitment to making customers comfortable.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and hopefully they resolve the fly issue. We’d definitely come back for the food.

FOOD
Chahan: kinda oily but very umami! so good!!!
Tempura: just the usual
Kakiage: big serving and yum!!!
Special California maki: nothing special….flavor could be improved by pairing it with a nice sauce / dip
Saikoro steak: it’s like a wagyu cube, addicting
Matcha ice cream: on the stronger side which I like 🙂
The only thing we didn’t like was the salmon (?) salad appetizer; it looked cooked but it smelled and tasted raw just not for our tastebuds actually!
Parking is available-big space but format of parking could be much improved. Best to prevent calling customers every time a car in front needs to leave
SERVICE: GREAT!!! Super attentive and respectful. Good vibes too!
ATMOSPHERE: from solo dining to private rooms! A seat/room for everyone

I came across this restaurant by chance and decided to try it, and it seems to be the best Japanese restaurant in the Clark and Angeles area. The menu has a lot of variety, making it easy to choose, and the saba and other dishes are fresh and tasty. The tempura is crispy, and the sushi is fresh and delicious. It’s been a while since I’ve had such a good Japanese meal, and I really enjoyed it.

Kisaki opens its doors at 5:30 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The modern ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food all stood out. The serving sizes were just right for the price. The ramen was flavorful and conveniently split into two portions. I also really enjoyed their Wafutori Kara Salad. The service was quick, likely because we visited right when they opened at 5:30 PM.

It is very tasty and fresh Japanese food. Very good selection of sushi, but it is a limited choice of beer. Very friendly staff. The only minus was the waiting time between ordering the food and getting it. Around 40 minutes.

Nice place to have your Japanese meal. Great ambiance and good service. Staffs are all courteous and accommodating. Love their maki’s here. Ramen is on the light side, I would prefer a much firm noodles but their soft noodles will do. My kids love their kids meal preped in their happy kiddy plating. Good that they also have a good pwd ramp behind linking from the parking area. Will definitely come back again.
