Food was good. The wait time was little too long. We ordered simplest food from the menu which took 30 minutes to arrive. I will still go one more time and change the reviews if i find it was one time issue.

Well I’ve heard so many good things about Kisaki and wanted to try it. I am so grateful that David treated me to dinner out here. The sushi was very good but I wouldn’t expect any less quality for the high price tag they feel the experience is worth. Definitely overpriced for Manchester given the atmosphere as well as service leaves much to be desired. I believe like other popular Asian cuisines in town the high reviews is due to a local population that have never had the experience of eating in Boston, certainly not San Diego or even Japan. I enjoyed everything I tried and found the presentation well done but if they are to justify the expense I recommend investing in the interior and their wait staff. If you can’t get to Boston and haven’t been check it out but here are other local Japanese restaurants serving up similar quality at a better value.

It’s a nice place in New Hampshire for All you can eat for Asian Cuisine. The food are delicious and looking good. The server provided good quality consumer service. The dishes are small but it’s okay because if it is not enough for you you can order the second round, they have a small bar inside.

Hidden Gem in New Hampshire! Highly recommended, decent food and customer service!! Also definitely try out their soft shell crab tempura and their signature rolls, the one we had is the Kisaki roll!

VERY DISAPPOINTED DINNER, LOOK at the PICTURES and make your own assessment. I will never go back to this location, been throughout the world and have eaten at many different restaurants. This location is on my top for Worse Service, FOOD and overall CUSTOMER SERVICE and satisfaction. They added a mandatory tip, when it was not noted in their menu or signs at their restaurant. I asked for the tip to be removed, this is when they explained that it was a mandatory tip. However we did not order any Alcohol. It originally was 22%. They still did not remove the tip only reduced it and then asked for additional tips on the final bill. The food was cooked separately, the sauce was put on after it was cooked and everything was served cold. No flavor, the shrimp was cold and salty. The Rice was mushy. Drove from NJ to have dinner with family, don’t go to this restaurant, they do not value the customer, you accept what they give you all because they are not willing to make things right, and they sure don’t know how to cook. They didn’t care about customer service or try to make things right. Never go back to this location. My review reflects my experience today 12/25/22

This was my first time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They were really friendly and made sure to help us understand the menu options. The food was amazing. Our Server was friendly, funny, and always ready for us when we were ready for more food. The seaweed salad looked scary, but 2 bites in, I was already planning my next trip to eat there just to have more. I really can’t wait to go back again.

I made a takeout order today and when we opened up the bag one of the meals did not come with the rice it was supposed to. This restaurant is a half hour away from my house and not in a convenient location in manchester to park and run in. I called the restaurant to inform them that the rice was not in the bag and all they could offer was rice on my next visit. I told the women that if i were to come back i would get a meal and that a side of rice would make no sense considering the meal is supposed to come with it. The women offered no solution to the issue and for a $19 meal i think it is crazy that there was not a solution not even a refund of half the meal. Instead the women hung up the phone. Very unprofessional considering i have given this place my business.

Our favorite place to get sushi and a decent hibachi meal without the razzle dazzle of a hibachi show. It’s a cute spot with strong drinks but the service is a hit or miss. We’ve come here a handful of times and always had uncomfortable interactions with the hostess. There’s one great server and the others seem like it’s their first serving job and they just don’t know or don’t care.
