I placed an online order for curbside pickup, but I couldn’t figure out where to park, so I walked in. Upon arrival, I was informed that the food I had ordered was out of stock. I was extremely upset that I wasn’t provided with curbside instructions, an order confirmation, or any communication about the out-of-stock item after I drove 30 minutes. Payment was already made and now I’ll have to wait on a refund. Also, I’ve been unsuccessful in trying to find a way to contact them by phone as I don’t have instagram to DM them in the future to check on a refund or to see if the items I ordered are in stock to maybe attempt to order another time.
