We were staying at the Marriott for a family wedding, there was a big group of us as well as several sports teams there for the weekend. I’m not sure if the hotel did not communicate with the restaurant, but the restaurant was severely understaffed, did not appear to have a manager on duty and the 3 people that were working in the dining room (2 servers and 1 busser) seemed incompetent. We had to clear tables so that we could sit down (bad sign right off the bat), when we were finally able to order, we ordered food and coffee and water…never got the coffee or the water. Food took a long time and came out cold. It tasted fine but would have been so much better hot. Also, could not eat it right away because we didn’t have silverware. Would recommend people plan to eat outside of the hotel, especially if you have a large group. This establishment is not equipped or prepared for a busy breakfast or lunch hour.

Nice atmoshere, however, the food is terrible and overpirced. $42 for Steak Fritts where the steak was inedible; tough with an off-taste. I choked down a few bites and left the rest. Wine priced with about a 300% mark-up. Not a good value or experience.

The breakfast is high priced as well, what you get for your money is not worth it; $16 for oatmeal, $20 for over-easy eggs that are scorched on the outside yet runny whites on the inside.

Poor quality food, for a high price.

On a good note, the service is decent.

Reason for the 1 star, the food; I don’t care how good the service and atmousphere is, if the food is not good, that is all that matters. There are too many other options near by. I would suggest you try them.

Bar manager Joseph accused me of stealing bacon off of my $20.50 to go burger. Despicable behavior. I cannot believe that treatment when I paid $45 for two burgers. Both of the burger orders were wrong but I only tried to correct one. Called and described what happened and thought I was driving back to pick up the right order but was accused of stealing instead! Fried onions were not cooked and the batter was raw. The manager then went back into the kitchen to ‘find out what he could do’ and came back to tell me about how they cooked the onions there. How can you try to defend something that was clearly not cooked? They shouldn’t have even been on the burger because they were swapped out for mushrooms. Cheese was wrong on both burgers. I am in total disbelief of what just happened.

I am staying at the Marriott and ate here last night. The server suggests to me what to get as an appetizer and meal. The appetizer was the shrimp cargot and the entree was steak frittes. 1st, both came out at the same time. 2nd the shrimp cargot had no flavor at all…seriously a steamed shrimp with chese on it…disgusting…i get the steak and when it came out, it smelled like dog and tasted like it too…i had to send it back and they suggested the boom boom tacos….no sauce on the tacos…dried coleslaw, shrimp, and a flour tortilla, no sauce on it at all…the server even told me he has to put sriracha on it…then if i had not had enough, i got the lava cake…the damn chocolate ball in the middle of the cake was hard as a rock lol…seriously i was able to take it out and show them…..if youre here for business, drinking there is great…has a nice amabiance to it, but avoid the food at all costs

Tyler Flake was amazing. When you travel for work its in human nature to miss home. Tyler did an amazing job making sure I was taken care of. Although I was a miles away from home, i felt extremely comfortable at this location as I felt like Tyler created an all inclusive atmosphere. He was very polite and on top of things. Any request I have he delivered. Kudos to Tyler for advocating for his clients and ensuring they have an experiance that marrriot is known for.

Ladies working the bar were top notch. We were staying at the Marriott for 3 days/2 nights and they remembered my drink when I walked in on day 2 – Deep Eddy Lemon Martini – a drink I highly recommend!
