Just had the chicken and half rack with mild sauce, and the flavors were absolutely awesome! Every bite was packed with smoky goodness and that perfect hint of sweetness from the sauce. The customer service was top-notch too – super friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and try more! Highly recommend!

I purchased a small tip and an extra large tip/link combo. I first went for a link. The link was over cooked. Dried out and hard. Then I went for the tips. The little meat I found on the bones was average at best. Edible, but nothing to write home about. The sauce was overly thick, with an unusual taste. It taste like clove was in the sauce. I heard a lot about Kirk’s, but it was very disappointing They don’t do phone orders, and you might end up waiting between 25-35 minutes for your order. Kirk’s is not worthy of it’s repetition.

It was my first time having Kurt’s as I walked into the restaurant. I noticed that there were a lot of older people there I said to myself, they must be good and I was not let down, I soon realize why so many older people were there it’s because the barbecue is so tender you don’t need teeth to eat it. 1st time here, got an Extra large Tip for my husband and I. Asked for the sauce on the side, just wanted to taste the meat, Sauce was all over the tips, the tips were in-between? Some pieces well done Some still tough, fries were good, No bread, I’m use to bread being served with Tips. Taste good but …..I had the link and tip supposed to be two links you get 1 link cut in half they call two portion size not worth 20 and waited almost 30 minutes. You need to make orders as they’re taken not make them all then call everyone saying it’s ready very slow service for a small amount of overpriced food.

First time visiting Kirk’s Bbq. First let me say soon as we turned towards the restaurant we could smell the amazing aroma. We were excited. The staff was friendly. We ordered 2 Large Tips & 1 turkey link sandwich & 1 pork link sandwich. We walked in and ordered. We were told 45 mins to an hr wait. It was no problem for us. They ask you to wait in your car and they call you when the food is ready. When we went back to pick up the food there were like 12 ppl in line. We didn’t have to wait. We just walked up got our food and left. I was very happy when I saw they do not cheat you with the portion size like most BBQ places. The large tip comes w/ fries & wheat bread. You can buy a small thing of coleslaw for $0.50. I wasnt a fan of the coleslaw. They give you a lot of sauce. The meat is seasoned very good. We liked the turkey link better than the pork link. The ribs were very good and can stand alone without the sauce. Next time I will ask for no sauce and add our own bbq sauce. Overall we were very happy with our experience and this will be our go to place. It is definitely worth trying. Just understand it may be a little wait but it’s worth it. Added bonus they do take credit or debit w/ id. Some places only take cash. This was yet another bonus. The pics don’t do it justice.

Ordered a large Turkey Tip and was disappointed. First they didn’t have price posted for it as you had to ask the cashier. It cost $35 for a large order!!! Second, they barely put sauce on it. Third and the final point was there was hardly any fries with the order. I understand it was close to closing time, however I didn’t feel they lived up to the hype I was lead to believe. Not sure if I’d try them again to see if my experience was the proverbial “one off.”

I always enjoyed the food here and the staff is very good. What I don’t like about Kirk’s they only accept cash only. That’s disappointing to get to the restaurant to have to leave to get cash truly an inconvenience. Here’s a suggestion put a ATM in your restaurant.
