This was going to be the first restaurant I was going to walk out of. Don’t be fooled about all of the decorations/aesthetics like I was. Through all of the looks… this place gives off very bad vibes. Our server was super rude. No welcoming, no smile, no name, I can keep going but, he was just very unprofessional. Asked a lot of questions and he didn’t seem to care. We told him that it was our first time there and didn’t know what to get and or do. I had asked if this is an all you can eat place. He replied, “yes it is”. We served ourselves and started to eat our first order. Please mind that they give out very small portions. I took half for me and saved the other half for my friend. I wanted to order more. The waiter came and was questioning why I wanted more. I was going to answer but he cut me off with a very rude comment saying, “why order more if there’s still food in front of you. You can’t order anymore until it’s all gone”. Then he proceeded to walk away, talk to his coworker, and then after 20 minutes they decided to give us the other order. I lost my appetite due to how rude he was. Went around to take photos to write this review. The other worker saw me and laughed. Both servers never came over, never asked how the food was, looked at our direction and started to laugh, and never came to fill up my soup. The male coworker was very impatient and did as much as he could to make me leave. He stared at us, rubbing his eyes like he was annoyed, paced around, kept coming to our table and pacing around, and we knew he was talking smack about me and my friend. His coworker was the only person that could come to us and try to be a decent server. She did look and laugh but she was the only server that could help us out if we needed anything else. Food was ok. Any other hot pot is better than this joke of a place. Will I ever try this place out again, recommend this HOT POT to friends and family? No, I will not. Over priced, one of the worst SERVICE I ever had, food is blan, and the vibes(atmosphere) isn’t there. Please change and do better. People want to eat, feel welcomed, and just enjoy the time out with friends and family. You guys make it hard to do any of those. If you want to try this HOT POT. Please don’t and go anywhere else. Sorry it was long but this place is just bad. The reason why it wasn’t a 1 star was because it looks really nice. Like they say, looks can be deceiving.

This was my second time here and we love this spot!! The staff is so attentive and kind, the food is delicious, and options plentiful!! They even gave us a gift of fried dumplings and shrimp My favorite part is their sauce bar because it has so much to choose from with fun extras like sesame balls, spring rolls, cucumber salad and more! I highly recommend this spot! Forgot to take any pictures because I was too excited to dig it!

This place was the worst we’ve ever been in Denver! The service was terrible. The girl who took our order never came to our table to refill water or ask if we wanted to order more. We asked for water a couple of times, but she didn’t add it until we asked after we paid. To top it off, she gave us the bill even though we didn’t ask for it. It seemed like they didn’t want us to keep ordering, even though it’s all-you-can-eat. When we asked her to take our credit card, she asked her colleague to do it instead while she stood there doing nothing but giving us a hard stare.

Overall really high value (29.99 a person for AYCE) and the quality of ingredients for everything we had was good. Meat quality was great! The fat sheep & brisket were fatty & had a good silky texture once cooked. Did not get a chance to try the seafood since they were so busy they forgot the ones we ordered.
Sauce station is HUGE. One of the bigger hot pot sauce stations! It also featured several side dishes: chicken wings, duck wings, marinated egg, fermented bean curd & chicken feet! I love hot pot places with side dishes so this is a plus!! No dessert offerings/sides at this time though.
Mind you, it took 40 minutes for us to get our broth (it turns out they lost our order) so come with patience as they just opened. They’re pretty busy and have a few logistics to navigate but still so happy to have a hot pot up North! The ambiance here is pretty, and minimalistic.

It was 95 degree! My friend and I was so hungry for hot pot after a 5-miles hiking. We weren’t sure if the owner would allow the dog in the restaurant but they did! They were so thoughtful and considerate when we asked. they let us dine in a private room with the dog! We ordered so much meat and ate a lot like we haven’t eat for a few days the food were so fresh and the base was so flavorful! We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much for your kindness!

We had never been to a hot pot restaurant and weren’t sure what to expect. We had a very nice experience.
You choose your broth (the kimchi broth was delicious!) and meat, and then there is an all you can eat buffet of vegetables, seafood, sauces and toppings to add to your soup. Everything was very clean, and the buffet was fresh and stocked for our entire meal.
I wish we could eat here more often because we all loved it, but it was a splurge for us. For our family of 5, it was $200, and we drank water. It will have to be a special occasion for us to return and spend that much again.

The store is pretty straightforward; You order your meats and broth, then head to their buffet for additional fixings and make your sauces. Their options aren’t huge, but they carry the most important ones like lobster balls and other seafood.
The scenery is pretty cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe, with little style projectors on the walls to make it less drab. And the service could be better for meats, as they did wait til the end of our session to meet up with us again. Better luck next time, I suppose.

Food is so delicious!! I love the fact that this place has a little buffet type area where you can add more food to your bowl, other places do not have the variety they do. I rave to everyone about this place and highly recommend.

Great spot. Not completely sure why there are negative reviews about the service, but I suspect it’s people who are too used to the typical American customer service where they expect waitstaff to be enthusiastically available for their every whim with a fake smile on their face. The waitstaff here are attentive, helpful, and kind. Every question we had was answered and answered well, and the experience was very pleasant for a pair of diners new to the experiene. The food is exceptional, particularly for an all-you-can-eat place, and I was consistently blown away by how absolutely tasty everything was. The value was also very good, and I felt my money was well-spent. I will most certainly be returning to this place.
