Kirby Ice House is hands down one of the best spots to hang out. The vibe is friendly and welcoming, and the staff really helps create that atmosphere.
The service was great, and shoutout to Angelica, the bartender, for being professional, attentive, and polite. She did a great job and made sure everything ran smoothly.
The patio is huge and one of the best parts of the place. There are TVs everywhere and a big screen outside, which makes it perfect for watching a game. The bar setup is well organized, and even when it’s busy, service is quick.
Overall, it’s a great place to hang out, grab drinks, and watch sports. I had a really good experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Two friends and I decided to swing by this place one night after work and I was pleasantly surprised (I never know what to expect when I hear the words Ice House attached to any sort of establishment)!
For an opportunity to meet up, chill, have a couple of drinks, and decompress — this did not disappoint!!
With plenty of indoor seating, TONS of cute and very comfortable outdoor seating, heat lamps and two food trucks, it was definitely a vibe. The drinks were reasonably priced and we ended up getting sliders from one food truck, and french toast from the other, everything was fantastic!
We decided pretty quickly that this would be our go-to hangout spot. Especially since the food trucks rotate, you can bring your own food and even reserve space.
I see many celebrations being held here and they definitely be seeing more of us in the near future! ~ p

I always enjoyed hanging out at Kirby Ice House when I was visiting Houston. It’s a great place to relax, meet friends, and watch sports. The atmosphere is lively but still comfortable, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the evening. They have a great selection of drinks, and the big screens make it perfect for catching a game. During my time in Houston, I found myself going back there quite often because it’s such an easy and fun place to hang out. Whether you’re with a group of friends or just looking for a casual spot to enjoy the night, it’s definitely one of the best bars to visit in the area.

Held our 50th High School Reunion cocktail kick-off at this location. Excellent service from Sophie through the whole night. KIH reserved 10 tables for our group. We used them all to chat in groups throughout the night and even set up school shirts, tumblers and hats for sale. Thank you Kirby Ice House for hosting us and providing a great safe, inviting, and fun experience.

It was my first visit and I would definitely come back. Friendly staff, great service, fun atmosphere. I like that they have a food truck on-site (it changes depending on the day). There was also plenty of parking. Great place to hang out.

my friends and i went during happy hour on a friday. when ordering from the happy hour list, literally pointing at it as we ordered, our server offered everything that would be upcharged/ didn’t apply to happy hour without disclosing that. felt very disingenuous.
my friend specified house wine and our server only offered sauvignon blanc (so when i asked about my bill at the end she said the pinot grigio was the one that applied)
i asked for hornitos on the happy hour menu and she asked if i wanted it as a shot or a drink (most places honor making a drink w the happy hour liquor for maybe a slight increase) i said ranch water instead of a shot. but when i asked why is it $12 instead of $7, she initially said it would be $8 as a cocktail and then immediately said “no a ranch water is $12.” it seeeeems like she was being half truthful to get a bigger tab therefore a bigger tip.
