Outstanding in service and taste. My wife couldn’t decide between the chicken tikka and chicken malai kebab, and ordered the chicken tikka. The chef sent out her chicken tikka with a (free) sampling of the chicken malai kebab. Generous portions and no extra charge for the papad and rice. My fish-a-bengal, and vegetable biryani was tasteful, and extra spicy as requested. Extensive menu options. Shout out to Ms. Satinder who was attentive and knew the menu well. She said that the restaurant had been around for 25+ years! We hadn’t discovered it until today! Great find!

Amazing food and my new favorite Indian restaurant! I’ve never had a dish I didn’t love. The staff make you feel so welcome, like you’re part of the family. The lunch buffet has lots of delicious options, including vegetarian choices. I’ve already become a regular and always look forward to coming back!

I’ve been coming to this place for 14 years. The food here is amazing. I am so glad they brought back the lunch buffet. If you like beer, I recommend trying the Taj Mahal and Old Monk 10000 Super Beer.

If you’re looking for authentic delicious Indian food in Long Island, I highly recommend you check out Kiran Palace. Everything is made fresh and we know this because we did modifications to the food and they didn’t say no to a single modification. Everything came out nice and hot and the food was amazing! The restaurant feels more like a casual, old school Indian restaurant set up. It’s great for big groups or even just a couple.
They start us off with pappadum with 2 chutneys. The cilantro chutney was fresh and had a nice kick to it. The brown chutney was sweet but not overly sweet. For breads, they made us chili naan and wow there was so much chili in the naan – it was perfect for someone like me who loves spicy food. They also made us butter roti and onion kulcha. All the breads tasted really good – they were nice and soft and perfectly cooked. As our mains we got the dal makhani and paneer tikka masala. The paneer tikka masala felt authentic, finally the way a tikka masala should be made. It was the right amount of buttery but also had so much flavor in it. The sauce was more tomato based which also enhances the flavors. There was also so much paneer in it unlike other Indian restaurants where sometimes you struggle to find the protein. The dal makhani was also really nice. It was well cooked with the right firmness to the lentils and kidney beans.
I highly recommend you stop by and get some food authentic Indian food.

BEST INDIAN FOOD EVER. And I’ve been to many places. Chicken is tender and juicy, never dry. Naan is fresh, flaky, and delicious. Sweet and genuine owners. The lunch special is a steal for the high quality of food!! You need to try Kiran. Can’t go anywhere else now

One of the best Indian restaurants in New York, Kiran Palace in Hicksville has become one of my favorite spots for Indian food. The owner was really sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which made the whole experience feel very personal and comfortable. The food was very tasty, with rich flavors and dishes that tasted freshly prepared. Overall, it felt like a place that genuinely cares about both its food and its guests, and I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Out of all the Indian restaurants I’ve been to, this one has always been my favorite. Although the food does take a while at times, it is definitely worth the wait. The owners and staff are always so considerate and kind. I would certainly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area!

I used to frequent this place years ago. I moved to Queens and haven’t been back in a while. I walked in and the owners remembered my daughter and I. I was greeted with a huge smile and hug. I ate the food and was reminded how good their food is. I had actually stopped eating Indian food because the food where I reside pales in comparison. I will now make it a point to drive out to Hicksville with my friends and family to support this small business. The food is absolutely AMAZING. The price point is good, as well as the service. They aimed to please and they did, as always. I highly recommend giving this place a try, it’s really good!

Clean and nice environment.
Food – why do restaurants make tasteless, terrible , disgusting food and sell to people. No indian taste, naan is gummy. There is no curry, the goat is stewed and so terrible, waste of time and money. Wonder why indian restaurants are closing? …always great in the beginning, great tasting food. Then they adjust and change the ingredients to taste like Italian or Spanish food. No one wants that at an Indian restaurant!!! Be proud of your culture and food. If you cannot cook food as you should, don’t do it. Don’t waste your time and money, BAD Food!
